    Tender For Loading Automation System ( Dc / B378-000-Ye-Mr-2080 / 126 ) For Pdh-Ppu Gail Usar , Quotation For 2 Years O&M Spares And Unit Rate For Addition / Deletion Shall Be Furnished In Attached Sheets A2 & A3 Respectively. These Rates Shall Not Be Considered For Price Evaluation. , In Case Of Any Discrepancy In The Item Description / Tag No. / Qty. Specified In This Price Schedule Vis-À-Vis The Corresponding Details In Mr, The Item Description / Tag No. / Qty.Specified In Mr Shall Prevail. , Bidders Quoted Price For Site Work Should Be Minimum 10% Of Total Quoted Price ( Supply + Site Work+Mandatory Spares ) . In Case Bidder Quoted Price For Site Work Is Less Than The Specified Percentage, The Differential Amount Shall Be Withheld And Paid Against Completion Of Site Work. , The Quoted Prices Shall Be Inclusive Of All Inspection And Testing Requirements As Specified In The Enclosed Mr. , As Stated Elsewhere In Tender, Bidder Is Required To Quote All Components Of Price Schedule. In Case, It Is Found That Some Of Components Of Price Schedule Viz. Freight, Ocean / Air Freight Charges, Incidental Services Component, Etc. Are Left Blank Or Quoted “Nil / Zero” In Price Bid, The Same Shall Be Considered Inclusive In Total Quoted Price For Evaluation And Ordering. No Confirmation From The Bidder Shall Be Sought In This Regard , I ) Bidders Must Submit This Preamble With Their Bid With Both Unpriced & Priced Offer. Ii ) Bidders Are Mandatorily Required To Enter Their Name In The Each Page Of Excel File / Pdf File Of Price Schedule Provided In The E-Tender Portal For Submission Of Unpriced & Price Bid => Limited
