Firm has to clean a total of 06 equipment (103 x 6 = 618 m2 area) in G-shift per day in different types ofEquipment – Komatsu WA800-3 Payloader, CAT 992K Payloader, Kawasaki 115ZV Payloader, BEML BG825 Motor Grader, CAT 14M Motor Grader, CAT D11T Dozer , Komatsu D475A-5E0, BEML BD355 Dozer, TATA EXE-350 Excavator & TATA ZX-650 Excavator. 2. Minimum cleaning area per day will be 618 m2 (for 06 nos. of equipment). Payment will be done on the basis of area cleaned only. 3. Work to be carried out in G –shift per day basis for 730 days / 2 years from the commencement of work order. Note:- • Firm will also ensure safety of manpower and equipment on their own cost. • All sanitization materials required for work will be provided by the contractor. • Firm has to clean minimum 06 nos. of equipment per day. • Firm has to provide minimum 02 (Two) nos. Unskilled manpower per day in G-shift. • Firm has to provide to and fro transportation of their manpower up to Dozer work shop. |
