3	Repairing damaged rollers assembly of regulator after detaching from gate by cutting lock plate bolt, nuts putting eight ground level shifting from regulator gate to working place dismantling all parts cleaning repairing, greasing, replacing, damaged/worn out parts as required and reassembling and fitting in gate testing by manually operating gate including cost of all material labour and T&P etc. as required for completion of work.
4	Greasing of Rollers of gate after cleaning replacing grease nipple/cap as required including cost of all material labour and T&P etc for proper completion of work.
5	General Repairing and servicing of central hand drive unit system by dismantling and cleaning required damaged broken spare parts and reassembling fitting, greasing and testing including all cost of material labour T&P etc as required for proper completion of work.
6	Raising of railing by fabrication and fixing with ms channel 75x40x5 mm flat iron 40x5 mm square bar 16 mm including cutting fabricating welding in workshop and carriage from workshop to site errection by in proper leveling and alignment with scaffolding and help of hydra with two coat of synthetic enamel paint after one coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer required including all cost of labour material and T&P for proper completion of work.
7	Replacing of bottom rubber seal size 80x20 mm as per IS Code 11855 by removing old/damaged rubber seal from gate scrapping and cleaning surface making holes fixing and clamping the ms plate by new countersunk head high tensile bolt nuts washer making adjustment as per requirement of site required including all cost of labour material and T&P for proper completion of work.
8	Replacing of side rubber seal size 120x12mm, 45mm note dia as per IS Code 11855 by removing old/damaged rubber seal from gate scrapping and cleaning surface making holes fixing and clamping the ms plate by new countersunk head high tensile bolt nuts washer making adjustment as per requirement of site required including all cost of labour material and T&P for proper completion of work.
9	Repairing of damaged/broken teeth of drum gear of gate by chiseling teeth drilling holes. Tapping in hole for making threads, fixing studs, welding by CS/C. I electrodes for making new teeth , chipping, grinding and policing as per required size and shape including cost of all material, labour, diesel welding generator set with operator and other required T&P etc as required for proper completion or work.
10	Fabrication & errection of rope drum cover by M S sheet 14 Swg 2mm thick angle 40x40x5 mm size with measuring marking cutting by gas and welding by generator set as per sample shifting ground level too super structure including cost of gas electrodes diesel generator sets and other required material MS sheet, MS Angle labour T&P etc as required for proper completion of work.
11	Replacing broken/ missing damaged nut bolts in hydro mechanical equipment and their components after proper checking of bolts nuts including cost of material labour T&P as required for completion of work.
12	Repairing of guide roller (side sway roller) by taking out defective guide roller from gate rethreading of foundation hole after extracting broken foundation bolts repairing of pin by remetaling by welding machining of roller shaft assembling the guide roller and fitting of gates with new foundation bolts and new rubber bushes and necessary oiling and greasing including cost of material labour and T&P test and trial
13	Fabrication & fixing railing panel by MS channel75x40x5 mm flat iron 40x5 MS square 16mm and MS plate 6mm thick including cutting fabricating welding workshop and carriage from workshop to site errection with CC 1:2:4in proper leveling and alignment with scaffolding and help of hydra with two coat of synthetic enamel paint after one coat red oxide zinc chromate primer including cost of all material labour and T&P etc.
14	Painting on decking of super structures and appurtenances by applying one coat of red oxide Zinc Chromate primer and two coats of High build black bitumen’s paints of standards make such as Berger Asian, Shalimar after proper cleaning, scrapping preparing the surface including the cost of mater labour T&P scaffolding as required including cost of primer and paint both up and down sides.
15	Painting on hoist and supporting structure of gates by applying one coat of red oxide Zinc Phosphate primer on rusted area and two coat of High glass synthetic enamel paint of standard make such as Berger, Asian, Shalimar after proper cleaning, scrapping preparing the surface including the cost of material labour T&P scaffolding as required including cost of primer and enamel paint.
16	Replacing damaged steel wire rope 27 mm dia of regulator gate by dismantling and taking out damaged steel wire rope by special jigs and fixtures chain pulley block, ceiling and reassembling new steel wire rope 27mm dia including all cost of material as required of proper completion of work at Ravasan Escape Regulator.
17	Straightening of bend drive floating shaft by dismantling taking out it to hydraulic press and straightening it by press machine and checking its alignment on lath machine and taking back to site and fitting including changing of damaged plumber block and touching of paint as required including all cost of labour material and T&P for proper completion of work at Ravasan Escape Regulator.
18	Replacing damaged plumber block holding gate by clamping with steel wire rope jacks etc to restrict and lock the movement of gate/ drum gear for dismantling floating shaft and pinion assembly taking out damaged P/block and replacing after cleaning foundation and greasing in P/block engaging complete drum assembly and testing by operating gate including cost of all material labour and T&P etc. workat Ravasan Escape Regulator.
19	Rectifying defective alignment of gates by adjusting length of steel wire rope and other allied work as required including cost of all material labour and T&P jigs and fixtures and scaffolding etc as required workat Ravasan Escape Regulator.
