24Inspecting, checking (All connections and Mechanism) cleaning, servicing, overhauling, testing, calibrating the relays (IDMT, over current and earth fault) complete of 11 KV Vacuum circuit breakers indoor type, 630/800 Amps capacity including following works :-  (a) Taking out incoming and outgoing HT 11 KV, 3 Core cables from the electric system and reconnecting the incoming and outgoing HT Cables complete of both panels. (b) All the connections of control wiring availability of proper DC supply and AC supply, incoming and outgoing connections and tightening them , cleaning the contacts and terminal with CTC solution and using the blower for dusting  operation, raising and lowering mechanism. Note :- (i) Servicing, checking and calibration of VCB shall be carried out by the representative of OEM only. (ii) All the test record for proper tripping of CTs, raising and lowering operation mechanism and proper tripping system of over current and earth fault relay shall be mentioned and signed by the contractor, Engineer-in-Charge and representative of OEM shall be produced before allowing payment to the contractor.
25Testing of dielectric strength of transformeroil of indoor/outdoor type transformer, 11KV/433 volt, & online filtration of transformer oil by passing through filtration plant minimum three cycles to remove moisture, impurities & for improving dielectric strengthto above 52 KV for 2.5 mm gap andincluding fillingwith new transformer oilfor topping up & testing after filtration complete as specified and directed. Note:- (a) transformer oil will be measured & paid separately. (b)Contractor carry out the filtration at site by online machine filtration shall cost quoted in unit rate only.
26Centrifuging of oil with filtration plant at site of Power Transformer 33 / 11KV, 3.15MVA installed at EM Installation at Kaluchak & checking of power transformer oil . The machine continuously shall run round the clock till obtaining the result of oil upto 60KV die electric strength in 2.5 mm gap including providing DG set for operation of filtration machine complete all as directed by Engineer in charge. Notes:- 1. Transportation and T & P required is deemed to be included in item rate quoted . 2. Test of oil before and after filtration is deemed to be included in item rate quoted . 3. Filling / topping of transformer oil shall be measured separately under respective Sch A item . 4. Rate of hiring charges of DG Set & filtration machine are deemed to be included in item rate. quoted
27Supply and filling of transformer oil, EHV as per IS 335 of 1993 Part II. Note :- (i) Oil shall be brought in the manufacture sealed container (drum) and shall be kept in safe custody of Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Contractor shall hand over the purchase voucher and manufacturer"s test certificate to the engineer in charge. (iii) Di-electric strength shall not be less than 50 KV.
28Disconnecting & taking out old HT/LT Bushing/ Breather of transformer of capacity for upto 160 KVA opening the top cover of transformer and replacement of the bushing with stud /connecting rod with cork sheet packing and refixed the top cover of transformer including replacement of cork sheet packing and testingcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- HT & LT Bushing / Breather will measured & paid separately as supply only under relevant item of schedule of work. (ii) The quoted rate shall deem to be included the cost of cork sheet, packing materials, nut bolts etc.
29Disconnecting & taking out old HT/LT Bushing / breather of transformer of capacity for above 200 KVA to 500 KVA opening the top cover of transformer and replacement the bushing with stud/connecting rod with cork sheet packing & refixed the top cover of transformer including replacement of cork sheet packing and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- HT & LT Bushing/ breather will measured & paid separately as supply only under relevant item of schedule of work. (ii) The quoted rate shall deem to be included the cost of cork sheet, packing materials, nut bolts etc.

38Taking proper shut down in writing, disconnecting the LT and HT electric main from transformer of capacity upto 500KVA, removing the transformer from pole structure/platform shifting to authorised workshop after draining out the transformer oil at site, dismantling and disconnecting damaged HT/LT coil to facilitate necessary repairs, rewinding / reconditioning re-assembling the transformer, bringing back to the site, refilling new or dehydrated old oil, transformer, connecting with existing electrical system of HT and LT including testing complete all as specified and directed. (Winding wire and other items mentioned in schedule "A" will be measured and paid separately).                                                               Note:- (i) Placing/removing/reconnection stand by transformer in the place of defective transformer under repair will be the responsibility of the contractor, stand by transformer of same rating and capacity will be provided by the Contractor till refixing / replacing of repaired transformer. Quoted rate shall be deemed to include hiring charges of standby transformer till commissioning of repaired transformer and satisfaction of Engineer in Charge. If standby Transformer not provided within 4 hours of breakdown, a penalty recovery will be done from RAR bill as follows: -
39Srl item No 35 Contd … a) For first day and part thereof Rs. 20000.00 per day. The day will be ending at 0000 Hrs midnight. b) For first day and subsequent days and part thereof Rs. 25000.00 per day. (ii) Oil shall be collected by the Contractor for refilling.                                      (iii) Winding wire and other items shall be measured & paid for separately under respective item of this schedule of work.                                                               (iv) The repair work under each transformer shall be ordered by GE in writing after visual inspection on opening of the transformer.                                                       (v) Quoted rates shall be deemed to include cost of new gasket. (vi) If standby transformer becomes unserviceable, it shall be replaced by contractor without any extra cost within 4 hours. The penalty as mentioned will be applicable in this case.
40Rewinding (Double paper covering) of HT coils of any size and type of transformer including cleaning the burnt out insulating materials, brazing and rewinding with appropriate turns and size of super enamelled copper winding wire including filling insulation paper etc. all as specified in particular specifications. Note :- (i) Burnt coils shall be handed over to the contractor by the Engineer-in-Charge through issue voucher for rewinding giving reference of transformer i.e. make Capacity, MES/SM number of transformer etc. (ii) Weight, number of turns, gauge, insulation of winding wire shall be as per OEM. (iii)Work of rewinding work shall be carried out through OEM or their authorised vendor only. (iv) Old winding copper wire shall be contractor property and necessary amount as per schedule of credit shall be deducted from the contractor due payment.
41Rewinding/Re insulation of LT coils of any size and type of transformer including cleaning the burnt out insulating materials, brazing and rewinding with appropriate turns and size of super enamelled copper winding wire including filling insulation paper etc. all as specified in particular specifications. Note:- (i) Burnt coils shall be handed over to the contractor by the Engineer-in-Charge through issue voucher for rewinding giving reference of transformer i.e. make Capacity, MES/SM number of transformer etc. (ii) Weight, number of turns, gauge, insulation of winding wire shall be as per OEM. (iii)Work of rewinding work shall be carried out through OEM or their authorised vendor only. (iv) Old winding copper wire shall be contractor property and necessary amount as per schedule of credit shall be deducted from the contractor due payment.
42Supply and fix in repair of off load tap changer of capacity 30 Amps, 5 positionsuitable for transformer upto 500KVA, complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
43Supply & fix in repair of thermo meter (oil temperature gauge) for 11 KV indoor/Outdoor typetransformers upto capacity 500KVA, complete all as specified and directed.
44Supply & fixi in repair of gasket set of synthetic rubberized cork sheet 10 mm thick for transformer top lid cover and HT/LT side transformer bushes suitable for transformer of capacityupto 500 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
45Taking down carefully switch air break, gang operated, triple pole completeand Supply, installing, connecting and commissioning switch air break gang operated, triple pole, vertical mounted, out door type of 12 insulators, mechanically operated, mounted on insulators and steel frame, with operating mechanism and operating rod of 25mm bore GI pipe heavy grade worked from ground level, with locking arrangements including brass pad locks with key for current rating 400 Amp at 11 KV, complete with drop out fuse set fuse carrier and fuse elements having 100 Amp at 11 KV complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
46Restringing of HT overhead line conductor comprising three run ACSR conductor and two run GI earth contunity conductor after opening from insulators, including restraining same and winding on insulator with proper size of binding wire upto permissible sag complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i)Quoted rate shall be deem to included the cost of winding wire and replacement of insulator if damaged during restraining of conductor. (ii) Insulator shall be paid separately as supply only under respective item of this schedule.
47Cutting, trimming and vending tree branches along HT over head lines, after arranging electrical shutdown, including taking all precautions while working on lines using own T&P by the contractor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Branches of trees shall be cut upto 3 metres from the outer conductor of OH line. (ii) Cutting/trimming of branches shall be done after obtaining necessary shut down in writing by the Engineer-in-Charge to avoid any casualty.
48Material and labour for preparation of old rusted steelsurfaces of LT/HT swagedpoles (of any length) andapplyingonecoatofsyntheticenamelpaintup to1.2 meterheight as per the existing patternabove theP.C.Ccopingandonecoatofaluminiumpaintbeyond 1.2 meterheight (fortherestportion)includingcrossarms, brackets and re-writingpolenumbers and cutting vegetation growth all around and on the poles up to 1 metre radius completeall as specified and directed
49Material and labour painting of 4 pole structure of any type/size/length and removing from existing pole painting by using wire brush and using with emery paper and cleaning with chemical agents after cleaning of steel tubular pole and GI brackets and cross arms in two coats of red oxide primer and two coats of silver oil painting upto smooth finishingand paintingto satisfactory by engineer-in-charge and painting work carryout at any height and including marking of pole numbers as directed and safety equipments & tools will be own arrangement and complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of painting materialis deemedto be included in the quoted rate only.

51Material and labour for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts and wasters,welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat of red oxide primer and two coats ofaluminum paint including dismantling of cross arms of MS fabricated complete with all accessories viz nut, bolts, washer etc. complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
52Material and labour for steel tubular swaged pole 9.0 metres long, type 410 SP-31, weight approximately 175 kgs to 183 kgs, pole should be in one piece only and smooth finishing, ISI marked, complete with all accessories, such as cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, screws,washers and drilling of holes for continuous GI earth wire as specified including applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and embedded portion shall be painted with two coats of black japan paint including preparation of surfaces including taking down old unserviceable PCC pole of any type/length complete all as specified and directed.
53Excavating in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre in depth and getting out , all as specified.
54Excavating in trenches in soft/loose soilexceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 3.00 metre in depth and getting out , all as specified.
55Removal of excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, all as specified.

59Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 (Using 40 mm grade aggregate as in foundation of pole, stay and filling and mass concrete) including providing necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed
60Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm grade stone aggregate as in copping of electric poleat site including providing necessary form work complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
61Material and labour for stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in elect plate No-1, dia to stay 20mm dia 190cm long including MS galvanised stay plate of size 300mmx300mmx6mm thick and galvanised thimble after dismantling of unserviceable stay set (above GL) including excavation in earth work, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) foundation including dismantling of old unserviceable stay assembly complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Cost ofexcavation, concrete work, removing of surplus soil, returning filling, loop insulator, stay wire shall deemed to be included inthe unit quoted rate.
62Supply & fixing in replacement lightning arrester non-linear resistor type, self supporting class type suitable for 11/12KV grade, complete with all fitting for outdoor discharge capacity 65 KA complete (set of three) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
63Dismantling ACSR conductor of any sizefrom HT pole and setting a side theserviceable quantity for reuse and removing the unserviceable quantity from site complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
64Supply and fixing ofNew Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced, of any size, type, fixed to poles and stretching properly drawn for overhead lines on poles including binding at site to insulator with suitable size of wire including 15 mm dia PVC separator at equal interval including removing old unserviceable ACSR conductor complete all as specified and directed.
65Supply only disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, brown, 145mm high, and 225 mm dia ball and socket type single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
66Supply only pin type porcelain , vitreous, brown, insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mmheight and 150 mm dia suitable for working pressure 11000 Voltsgradecomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
67Supply, laying & testing cross linked polyethylene insulated (XLPE) insulated galvanised steel strip armoured cable with aluminum conductor, 11 KV `E’, of cross sectional area95 Sqmm, three core (IS-7098) in trenches/through pipes/ducts or on poles at crossing of OH lines of MES and road crossing including taking out of old unserviceable Cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Excavation, earthwork, cable protection cover, cable joint, sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule. (ii) Old unserviceable cable , shall be taken on charge by the Department. (iii)The cable shall be in one length unless otherwise directed by GE.
68Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) heat shrinkable, straight through joint outdoor suitable for cross-sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 core aluminium conductor XLPE Cable including jointing material and accessories complete and cutting of old cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Fault location shall be detected and cost of same shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate including necessary earth work.
69Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) heat shrinkable, straight through joint outdoor suitable for cross-sectional area 120 to 185 Sqmm, 3 core aluminium conductor XLPE Cable including jointing material and accessories complete and cutting of old cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 78Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by hand method without damaging the surface for 80mm bore GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-(i) Depth of hole shall be 1 metre below the top surface of road / pavement / hard standing. (ii) Pipe shall be measured and paid for separately under the respective item of this schedule.
79Supply and replace of maintenance free battery of battery bank rating of overall 36 Volts DC (18 nos each of 2 volts) 125Ah, any other misc parts etc., as required at site, complete testing all as directed by Engineer in Charge.
