Repairing/refrigerant charging of 120 TR chiller Air conditioning plantNo.(I) installed in Convention centre canal road Jammu by way ofcutting of the damaged /cracked portion of discharge copper pipe with the help ofcutter then cleaning the cutting portions with the help of emry paper then brazed the new copper pipes along with copper elbows with the help of brazing processin place of damaged portions of copper pipeline.The job also includes cleaning of condenser cooling fans-05Nos,replacement of fan blade -01 No and alignment of all the fans ofchiller plant. The job includes leak detection test by filling nitrogen gas in the system at pressure of 1.5 times the operating pressure.The entire system is to be first tested at low pressure to make sure that there are no leaks in the systems &then on the high pressure, this pressure testing is to be repeated until there are no more leaks, flushing the lines. Then system is vaccumised before charging refrigerant for removing air and moisture from the system & then charging the compressor & lines of the units with refrigerant-85kg (approx).The job includes checking of panel wiring, cleaning of contactors with replacement of contactor-01No, and servicing of the complete unit and testing of the plant on full load .Complete job includes cost of material, taxes, Carriage and labour charges etc.
