1Providing & Fixing BENCH IN CEMENT MORTOR/ CONCRETE WITH WOODEN FINISHING ON ALL EXTERNAL SURFACE. Bench should have min. 2.1M to max length 2.4 M with 0.45 m wide seat & 0.40 m high back for resting bench should have 2 to3 support/legs as per requirement from ground in 1:1.5:3 ratio concrete with 4 bar 12 mm as a main & distribution 8 mm Tor steel at 150 mm c/c. rate includes proper cleaning of SURFACE by sand paper application of 1 coat of Apex exterior grade primer above that 2 coat of exteriar grade Apex paint as a base coat & 1 coat of Apex paint for making wooden finish / grains & with 2 final coat of apex clear polish including cement, sand, aggregate, chemical, adhesive , chiken mesh primer, paint, polish, paper etc. all material , labour, scaffolding , exacation , pcc , tor steel etc. all complete. work done should be as per a approved sample & the instruction of E/I.
2Supplying ,fitting and fixing 5 KVA automatic voltage stablizer of Sen & pandit or equivalent make to suit 3 H.P submersible pump & to lift voltage from
3carriage of above materials
4Supplying all labour tests and equipment including flushing and development the tube well til giving clear portable water etc as per direction of E/I.
5Add GST @ 18%
6Add L.Cess @ 1%
