Kit for Dye penetrant flaw detection in self spray aerosol cans conforming to IS:3658 1999(Reaffirmed 2010) & IS: 12889-1989 (reaffirmed-2010) consisting of (i) Cleaner: Non-aqueous, Non Halogenated(ii) Dye Penetrant: Visible dye (Red colour), Solvent removable (iii) Developer: Non-Aqueous wet type. Note:Each kit consist of 4 cleaners, 1 dye penetrant and 2 developers each filled in containers of 500 ml capacity andnet content 400 ml. Product should be nontoxic, non corrosive & chemically non-active to all metals. Shouldcontain low halide & sulphate contents. 5.Products shall have shelf life of 2 years from the date of manufacture.
