| 2 | Decoupling of 06 cusec x 08-meter head pump, motor of unit No. III, by way of shifting to nearest roadside using manual labour, ropes, chain pulley etc, loading in mechanical transport vehicle and then carriage to workshop for repairs. After complete repairs back shifting of pump and motor to site of installation i.e. L.I.S Ismailpur. The job includes labour charges for carriage, shifting , loading and unloading of the decoupled machinery and also hire charges of vehicle to workshop (to & fro).All the tools and tackles are to be arranged by firm at site as well as in the workshop.Repairs to 06 cusec x 08 meter head of unit III at workshop by way of dismantling of top cover of split casing pump, extraction of old and worn out parts /damaged parts i.e bearings, sleeves, check nut, gland packing, gasket, gland bushes, pump shaft, impeller. Re-building/repair to impeller by way of brazing, filling of pitted vanes and finishing to accurate size. Providing and fitting of new pump shaft by way of turning& finishing to required size. P/F gland bushes-02Nos., check nuts- 2Nos., bearings -2Nos. and sleeves – 2Nos. Repair to pump housing along with providing of new air release valve. Reassembling all parts of pump with proper greasing and service of bearing housing along with suitable gland packing, oil paper. Fitting of new air release valve as per the sample. Job includes fabrication of new gland plate set as per sample, nuts& bolts as required at site. Repair to coupling pulley set of unit III as per sample and according to size of motor and shaft, finishing key ways(both HC pump and motor side) and then providing fitting of new keys and then coupling both pump and motor and checking their alignment. Job includes cost of material, labour charges, installation and testing on full load condition at site.Complete dismantling of 30 HP motor and then Extraction of burnt/damaged windings, cleaning of stator slots and rewinding stator with new copper wire of requisite gauge /specifications of standard make of unit No. III. Providing & fitting of new insulation & packing material and varnishing with superior quality varnish and drying in oven at controlled temperature. Repairs to rotor shaft of motor by way of rebuilding of the rotor shaft and finishing to bearing sizes, making new keyway of coupling, providing and fitting of bearing end covers, sleeves. Providing and fitting of new bearings (DE & NDE) complete greasing of the bearing. Job includes cost of material &labour charges with hire charges of tools and tackles, repair to junction box of motor and thimbling the cable ends and giving proper connection to motor from panel and checking it at full load. Complete job includes cost of material and labour charges with hiring charges of tools and tackles. Fabrication and fixing of MS angle frame inside pump room made up of MS angle with cross arms for fixing the frame in wall with anchoring bolts /PCC duly fitted with wall of LIS ismailpur suitable for fixing 400 Amp main switches. The job includes providing and fitting of new 400Amp. main switch of standard makes on MS frame at suitable place and giving connections to it with existing incoming cables on one side and LT fuse set on other side after cutting dressing and thimbling and crimping of cable ends. The job includes cost of material, skilled labour, shifting, transportation,installation charges and testing. Job also includes temporary provision for electrification of operator quarter by using 1.5 sq mm copper wire for doing 2-pointwiring for LED bulbs to make station operational at night. |
