| 2 | Providing and fitting of Disc brake pads by way of removal of wheel by removal of lug nut, Removal of slider bolt and detachment of caliper from disc. The job then includes sliding out old brake pads and providing and fitting of new brake pads. The job includes repositioning of caliper followed by reinstalling slider bolts and then wheel. The job is to be performed for both front LH and RH side. The job then includes testing of brakes on normal load conditions for satisfactory performance. |
| 3 | Repairs works to Dicky by way of Denting which involves removal of visible deformities at the damaged portion and then shaping and finishing the surface by abrasive sand paper for applying the surface primer and suitable quality white metallic paint. |
| 4 | Adding reinforcement to Dickey at top endby providing and fitting of ISMC 75 at the top of the dickey, along the length by way of welding to provide additional strength to dickey top and to make less vulnerable to physical damage . The jobalso includes providing and fitting of 2 mm MS sheet(dimensions as per fitment) covering inner side of dickey by way of bending and welding followed by applying metal paint matching with the vehicle color. |
| 5 | Alignment of 4 wheel by way of placing vehicle on alignment track and inspection of steering system, Tyre condition and air pressure followed by adjusting camber, caster and toe angles. Also performing wheel balancing. |
| 6 | Complete bushing of all pivot joints of steering and suspension system including wishbone bushing, ball joints bushing, shock absorbers bushing , stabilizer bars bushing. |
| 7 | Repair to suspension system Front LH side by way of removal of wheel, removal of broken suspension bolt of upper wishbone and providing and fitting of new suspension bolts as per original specs followed by fitting of all parts in sequential manner .The job also includes providing and fitting of new ball joint (01 No) .The job then includes testing the same for satisfactory performance. |
