We confirm that:(a) The contents of this document are confidential and have not been discussed with any persons outside our organization.(b) We shall participate in the RTL Facility for the entire required amount decided by MNGL.(c) No other fees / commission / payment (save except in terms of the Term Sheet) shall be due to us from MNGL under the proposed RTL Facility.(d) There are no deviations in terms of the RFP Document and in case of any deviations in our bid, acceptance of the same will be solely at the discretion of MNGL(e) The contents of this document have been approved by our competent authority.(f) The contents of this document are an integral part of the Term Sheet.(g) The decision of MNGL in respect of the bidding process in terms of the RFP Document shall be final and binding on us
