Repairs / Replacement Of Various Items And Comprehensive Maintenance Contract Of Central Heating System At State Taxes Department, Srinagar For Winter Season 2022-23.-1.00 Opening Of Western Make 4Lac Kcal Hot Water Generator, Thoroughly Cleaning Inside And Outside Of The Same, Both In Case Of Coil And The Shell And Removing Of Soot And Carbon Deposits. The Inside Of Coil Shall Be Cleaned By Circulating Through It A Solution Of Max Clean Descaling Compound Of Approved Make ( Approx. 10Kg ) And Water Of Required Strength, Continuously For 24 Hours With The Help Of A Pump. The Solution Shall Be Circulated From A Tank / Barrel. Brushes, Detergent, Diesel / Kerosene Oil, Dhoti Cloth Required Shall Be Arranged And Provided By The Contractor. All Other Accessories Of The Boiler Shall Also Be Opened And Cleaned Similarly. The Job Includes Replacement Of All Seals, Gaskets, Asbestos Rope, Asbestos Felt, Asbestos Sheet, Defective Nuts And Bolts Etc. The Tools & Tackles Required For The Job And Any Other Consumable Shall Be Provided By The Contractor. 2.00 Replacement Of Refractory Of 4 Lac Kcal Hot Water Generator. The Job Includes Complete Removal Of Old Damaged Refractory And Thorough Cleaning Of Refractory Surfaces / Bases. Refractory Shall Be Laid In Fire Crete Super Brand Castable Refractory Cement. 3.00 Back Plate Refractory 4.00 Complete Wet Servicing Of Fcus Installed At Various Location At Sales Taxes Complex Solina , Srinagar. The Job Includes Dismantling Of Filters Of Indoor Unit And Cleaning It Therof With The Help Of Water And Detergent, Drying It Off With Blower Air And Reinstalling The Same Besides Removing Dust And Dirt Of Indoor Units With The Help Blower. The Job Includes Checking All Working Parameters Of Acs And Setting Them Right As Per Requirement. The Job Further Includes Reinstalling Back All The Items So Removed From The Unit For Servicing. 5.00 Providing And Fitting Of 15Mm Dia Od Pert Pipe Connection With Allied Fitting Viz Valves, Sockets , Nipple, Union, Tee Etc And Testing Of The Same On Maximum Working Pressure / Temperature To The Fcu Units That Are Working On Old Damaged Pipe Connections. 6.00 Providing And Fitting Of 100Mm Dia Glycerine Filledpressure Guage In Place Of Damaged One. 7.00 Providing And Fitting Of Safety Valve Installed At Hwg Of Capacity 4 Lackcal / Hr In Place Of Damaged One 8.00 Comprehensive Operation & Maintenance Contract Of Central Heating System At State Taxes Department, Srinagar For Winter Season 2022-23 9.00 Providing Of Two ( 02 ) Semi Skilled Labourers For Running The Plant For Heating Season From 15 Nov 2022 To 15 Mar 2023 From 8Am To 3 Pm. 10.00 Amc Of All The Equipments Of Central Heating System Which Includes Hwgs, Pumps , Motors, Valves, Pipes Etc Which Is Not Mentioned But Is Necessary For Operation Of The System For A Period Of 4 Months From 15 Nov.2022 To 15 March.2023. The Amc Includes Replacement Of The Damaged Items Both Electrical / Mechanival In Nature. The Amc Further Includes Routine Maintenance Of All The Equipment During The Period .The Consumable Required For Operation Of The System Are Included In The Job. The Firm Shall Be Responsible For Smooth And Regular Operation Of The System And In Case Operation Of The System Gets Affected For Want Of Repair / Replacement / Repair Of Items The Necessary Panelty Deemed Fit By Aee Concerned Shall Be Imposed Upon The Firm .Necessary Replacement / Repair Of Items To Make The System Functional Are Inclusive In The Job.

Name of Work:Repairs/Replacement of various items and Comprehensive Maintenance Contract of Central Heating System at State Taxes Department, Srinagar for winter season 2022-23.

1	Opening of Western make 4Lac Kcal hot water generator, thoroughly cleaning inside and outside of the same, both in case of coil and the shell and removing of soot and carbon deposits. The inside of coil shall be cleaned by circulating through it a solution of Max Clean descaling compound of approved make (approx. 10kg) and water of required strength, continuously for 24 hours with the help of a pump. The solution shall be circulated from a tank /barrel. Brushes, detergent, diesel/kerosene oil, dhoti cloth required shall be arranged and provided by the contractor. All other accessories of the boiler shall also be opened and cleaned similarly. The job includes replacement of all seals, gaskets, asbestos rope, asbestos felt, asbestos sheet, defective nuts and bolts etc. The tools & tackles required for the job and any other consumable shall be provided by the contractor.
2	Replacement of refractory of 4 lac Kcal hot water generator. The job includes complete removal of old damaged refractory and thorough cleaning of refractory surfaces/bases. Refractory shall be laid in "Fire Crete Super" brand castable refractory cement.
3	Back Plate Refractory
4	Complete Wet Servicing of FCU"s installed at various location at sales Taxes Complex solina ,Srinagar. The job includes dismantling of filters of indoor unit and cleaning it therof with the help of water and detergent, drying it off with blower air and reinstalling the same besides removing dust and dirt of indoor units with the help blower. The job includes checking all working parameters of AC"s and setting them right as per requirement. The job further includes reinstalling back all the items so removed from the unit for servicing.
5	Providing and fitting of 15mm dia OD Pert Pipe Connection with allied fitting viz valves,Sockets ,Nipple, Union, tee etc and testing of the same on maximum working pressure/Temperature to the FCU units that are working on old damaged pipe connections.
6	Providing and fitting of 100mm dia glycerine filledPressure Guage in place of damaged one.
7	Providing and fitting of safety valve installed at HWG of capacity 4 lackcal/hr in place of damaged one
8	Comprehensive Operation & Maintenance Contract of central heating System at State Taxes Department, Srinagar for winter season 2022-23
9	Providing of two (02) semi skilled labourers for running the plant for heating season from 15 Nov 2022 to 15 Mar 2023 from 8am to 3 pm.
10	AMC of all the equipments of central heating system which includes HWG"S, pumps ,motors, valves,pipes etc which is not mentioned but is necessary for operation of the system for a period of 4 months from 15 Nov.2022 to 15 March.2023. The AMC includes replacement of the damaged items both electrical /mechanival in nature. The AMC further includes routine maintenance of all the equipment during the period .The consumable required for operation of the system are included in the job. The firm shall be responsible for smooth and regular operation of the system and in case operation of the system gets affected for want of repair/ replacement/repair of items the necessary panelty deemed fit by AEE concerned shall be imposed upon the firm .Necessary replacement /repair of items to make the system functional are inclusive in the Job.
