Opening of the Olympia make 02 LacKCal/Hr capacity hot water boiler, thoroughly cleaning inside and outside both in case of Tubes and the shell, removing of soot and carbon deposits. The inside of tubes shall be cleaned by circulating through it a solution of Max clean decaling compound of ‘Thermax’ make (approx. 25 kg) and water of required strength, continuously for 24 hours with the help of a pump. The solution is to be circulated from a tank / barrel / tray. Brushes, detergent, diesel / kerosene oil, dhoti cloth required shall be arranged and provided by the contractor. All other accessories of the boiler including burner gun, nozzles, electrodes, diffuser plate etchave to bedismantled and reassembled after servicing/repairs. The job includes replacement of all seals, gaskets, asbestos rope, asbestos felt, asbestos sheet, defective nuts and bolts etc. The tools, tackles required for the job and any other consumable has been provided by the contractor. The also includes replcet of any damaged tubes. Complete job included cost of material and labour.

Replacement of refractory of 02 Lac KCal/Hr capacity hot water generators. The job includes complete removal of old damaged refractory and thorough cleaning of refractory surfaces / bases. Angle iron hooks / hold fasts shall be firmly welded to the refractory base wherever necessary and collar of the top plate shall be repaired if required. Refractory shall be laid in ‘Fire Crete Super’ brand castable refractory cement. The job also includes repairs to the front plate of the boiler. Complete job included cost of material and labour. The old refractory has to be dumped in the nearest municipal waste dumping site.
