Supply , installation, testing & commissioning of HeaterBlower:-The job includes supply installation, testing & commissioning of hot water Driver Evaporator Heater tovarious Snow clearance M/cs. reputed make. The checking/ leakage test of Blower Assemblyisto be carrying out by passing the compressed air/water pressure jettocheck foranyleakages. The job also includes fabrication ofjoints(04nos.).The job furtherincludes providing & fitting ofnew heater hoses( inlet & outlet) heat resistant(02nos.) of 6mtrs each. The job should also include of fabricating of nipples at lathe of exact dimensionsin relation to Engine cooling connections & than welding/brazingof nipple(02 set) into new aluminum hot waterheater pipe(02nos.) The job also includes providing /fitting of connections/ clamps ,bolts, nuts, clips, bracketsetc needed to complete job.The job than include testing ofBlower Assemblyproperly and efficientlyafter installationat M/c. The whole job should be executed by highly skilled mechanics with all necessary tools and tackles. (New Stallion (A.L) chassis no. (MB1VEGHC41BHB145), new stallion (A.L) chassis no. Repairingof Heater /testing :- The job includes the cleaningof Blower by compressed air/ water pressuretocheck foranyleakages and than brazing of damaged parts. The job also includes fabrication of o1 joint for heater hose by the way of fabricating nipple at lathe &than welding/brazingof nippleinto aluminum hot waterheater pipe.The job also includes providing /fitting of connections , rubber hoses(inlet/outlet), bolts,nuts, clips, bracketsetc needed to complete job. The job also includes fabrication of nipple at aluminum heater pipe at lathe for hose fitting. (M/c no 19,20,21, L&T Case Excavator cum Loader & cat 01)
