Name of Work: Execution of repair work to various snow clearance machines pertaining to snow clearance control room Gurez of FSD Baramulla

Disassembly of fuel injection pump of XGMA Loader 953H along with high pressure fuel lines and fuel injectors from engine block. Cleaning of Fuel injectors/Removal of carbon deposits from injector nozzles with polyethramine based cleaning agent either by disassembling child parts of injectors followed by cleaning/by using canister based cleaning kit or any other method as feasible.The job is to be done for all six ( 06 No’s)injectors.The job also includes calibration of fuel pump to maintain fuel flow rate as desired as per manufacturer setting. The job further includes repairing of damaged pressure fuel line (02 No’s) by way of brazing or gas welding and refitting .The job completes with satisfactory performance of the machine. The job being sensitive in nature requires highly skilled labour.

Opening of cabin of the Snow cat preet 90HP by removing mounting bolts, and raising the cabin by means of overhead crane. The job includes removal of dashboard, disengaging fuel lines from fuel tank and removal of fuel tank followed by repair to cracked fuel inlet neck of fuel tank by gas welding. The job then includes refitting of all parts in sequential manner. The job is to be executed at Dawar Gurez.

Dismantling and then repairing the central V-blade lifting jack of snow cat preet 90HP By way of providing and fitting of Complete washer kit, oil seals and replacing the input and output worn-out adaptors by welding. After repairs the same has to be fitted back on m/c. The job is to be executed at Dawar Gurez.

Complete wiring of new Holland 75hp by way of providing and fitting of 2mm square copper wire from starting switch to battery to starter motor, alternator and front lights along with insulation tape. The job is to be executed at Dawar Gurez.

Repairs to the Main clutch assembly of Dozer BD-50 2014 model by way of dis-assembling of the complete unit & replacement of 01No. O-ring on the main clutch case, 01No.spring washer & 01 No. plug drain of the main clutch case. The clutch assembly is to be assembled back & then tested for satisfactory performance. The job is to be executed at Dawar Gurez.

Repairing to back wheel hub LH side of New Holland 75HP by way of removal of wheel, dismantling of wheel hub followed by cleaning of hub and then providing and fitting of oil seal. The job then includes refitting of all parts in sequential manner followed by leakage testing.

Providing and fitting of 8000PSI Hydraulic hoses as per sample to chute assembly of Snow Cutter Rolba 1500 at Dawar Gurez.

Repairs to Radiator of Snow Cat preet 90HP and Snow cat New Holland 75HP by way of washing of the radiator to remove dirt and other foreign bodies on the outer periphery of radiator tubes and radiator core. Washing of radiator tubes by high pressure water jet containing adequate quantity of caustic through the radiator tubes to remove the deposited silt on the inside of the choked tubes. Brazing of the radiator tubes and upper and lower radiator tanks at requisite spots and refilling of the radiator tubes on the radiator core after necessary repairs. The job includes testing of the radiator for checking any short of leakage after conducting the necessary repairs. The job is to be executed at Dawar Gurez.

Repair to Turbo Charger of snow cat preet 90HP deployed at gurez by way of dismantling of Turbo charger and shifting to workshop site and then dis -assembling of the half core of turbo charger. The job then includes complete servicing of turbo charger by way of replacement of turbo gasket, Turbo nuts, washers and nozzle kit complete and therefore checking and testing of the turbo charger for leakage. The job also includes calibration of the turbo charger for desired working pressure. It also includes testing of the turbo charger on test bed at desired pressure for any leakage if any. The turbo charger after assembling of the half core etc has to be shifted back to Dawar Gurez and fit to the machine including all carriage complete.
