Supply, installation, testing, trial run and commissioning of Centrifugal Monoblock Pump sets suitable for handling fresh and silty water with rpm 1440(Syn) or less. The material of construction of the casing and Impeller shall be Cast iron and carbon steel shaft. Delivery pipe should be of heavy duty flexible hose of length 5-10 m or as per the site requirement. The prime mover for the pump should be 3 phase TEFC motor confirming to IS325/1978, energy efficient EEFF1/IE2 ratings suitable for 415 V +/-10% , 50 Hz +/-5% connection with class “A” insulation, 10mm 3 core wire 15m or as per site condition, meter board with fuse as per KSEB Specification and Electrical inspectorate norms, prefabricated closed type control panel board completely wired and fitted with fully automatic Star Delta starter, main switch with ISI mark, Ammeter, Volt meter, selector switch, VSS indicating lamps RYB 32x415 V fuse, HRC fuse, ELCB, suitable Capacitor, SPP fuse neutral link, 2 Nos. of earthingfor Motor as per KSEB specification, with all necessary protection units and instrumentation.The rate quoted should inclusive of all the charges for supply, installation including petty civil works, trial run and commissioning, all type of transportation and conveyance, loading and unloading charges, etc but excluding GST
