3Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering --All work upto plinth level:a) 1:3:6 ( 1 Cement: 3 fine sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
4Making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 fine sand : 6 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth.
5Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded stone aggregate ) flooring finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry , rounding of edges and strips etc. complete.40 mm thick with 20 mm stone aggregate
6Providing and laying in positionspecified grade of reinforced cement concreteexcluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing, and reinforcement.-All work upto plinth level:1:1½:3 ( 1 Cement: 1½ fine sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

11Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters.a) 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.
12Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutter for doors windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts ex/c portion inside grooves or rebates to measur). 13Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles( minimum 200 x 300) conforming to IS : 15622 ( thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shadesof any size as approved by Engineer-in-charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand ) jointed with ordinary cement slurry including pointing with white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.
