Any delay beyond above mentioned time limit without intimation of genuine cause, penalties will be recovered twice of the quoted rate for each un-attended complaint. (b)A detailed log book of complaints with completion/non-completion remarks from users/MES will be maintained by the contractor and the same will be updated on daily basis in consultation with JE E&M/Engr-in-Charge. (c)The contractor will make suitable arrangement for emergency complaints and will notify authorised representive/Engr-in-Charge about extraordinary circumstances for probable non-completion or delay in rectification of complaints beyond stated time limit set for disposal of complaint.In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding in this regard. |
