38Taking down old unserviceable timer switches and supply and fixing of automatic street light control with infrared sensor based nature switch and voltage monitoring system (VMS) single phase load of 8 KW for automation of street lights. Nature switch operation should be based on natural light lux level. Required illuminance level for switching ON is < 30 Lux and for switching OFF > 30 Lux. The sensor should also have part night operation facility of minimum 4 hours to maximum 12 hours. VMS should have adjustable over and under voltage trip level and protection against phase loss, neutral loss and phase reverse including power contactors (1 no"s of capacity 63 amps per phase each) and incoming (1 no"s of capacity 63 amps each) - outgoing MCB (1 no"s of capacity 63 amps each) and main load circuit wiring (Copper) of minimum 16 Sqmm. The sensor, VMS, Power contactor, MCB"s including connected items should be enclosed in a pole / wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box conforming to IP-54 complete all as specified and as directed.
39Supply and fixing SMC pole mounted box of size 10" x 8" x 4" with hinged door including clamp, nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed and including taking down of old unserviceable junction boxes. The Box includes: - (a) MCB single pole 10 Amp, 10 kA "C" series mounted on din rail - 1 No. (b) Connector block suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire minimum 16 Sqmm cable - 1 No. Make:- Syntex or equivalent of Hansel / Press fit.
40Material and labour for replacement of old unserviceable switch fuse unit / MCB of any type / capacity with new MCB FP 40 Amps 415 AC, 50 Hz, 25 kA with sheet metal enclosure complete all as specified and as directed.

42Material and labour for welding / cutting work for mild steel pipe of dia 80 to 150 mm at leakage pipe and fixing the pipe with new pipe of existing dia of and welding both side joints with required length of mild steel pipe to restore the water supply all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - Rates are deemed to be including hiring of T&P required at site.

63Notes for Ser Item No 52.00 to 54.00: - (a) Rates quoted by the contractor inclusive of necessary arrangement required for fixing of the item. (b) Flange joint and flange jointing materials, welding etc shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of pipe. (c) During execution of work if any damage to civil building, internet cables, electric cables, electric poles, road, nallah, the contractor is fully responsible and repair to damage will be executed by the contractor under own arrangements.
64Material and labour for mild steel fititngs such as bends (any type, radius and angles) bend to required shape by cutting and welding including flanges as required at site and testing complete all as specified for required size of bore 80 to 150 mm including taking down of old unserviceable materials complete all as directed. Notes: - (i) Mild steel fittings shall be of same make as of mild steel pipes or of make as recommended by manufacturers. (ii) The weight of the fittings shall be measured and paid as given in relevant IS or actually provided which ever is less. (iii) All fittings shall bear relevent IS stamping marking. (iv) Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately. (v) Cost of the joints and jointing materials shall be deeemed to be included in the relevant items.

70Material and labour for cleaning to overhead RCC reservoir of any capacity internally at approximate 40 feet high stagging by using water treatment chemical / bleaching powder / sodium hypochloride chemical including cleaning internally entire wall surface, removing deposited particular, scrubbing complete wall surface and applying coat treatment water chemical on complete wall and drain out the water after disconnecting all rising / distrbution sluice valves complete with painting to mild steel / steel railing / rising / distribution / wash out cast iron pipe with different colour all as specified and directed and writing date of tank cleaning.
71Material and labour for rectification of leakage in distribution cast iron pipe line 150 mm bore dia of RCC overhead reservoir approximate at 40" to 60" height outside the reservoir near doom complete with replacement / cocking of lead, spun yarn, rubber gaskets, nut, bolt, washers of suitable size and made the pipe line leakage free all as specified and directed. Notes: - (i) Rates are deemed to be included charges of hiring T&P, Veh, Ladders, steel shuttering or any equipment required at site. (ii) Contractor shall be fully responsible for life insurance of the person deployed at site and get the repair under his supervision visitor from the qualified technician.
