| 1 | Complete overhauling of following 132KV isolator of 132 KV S/S Kaudihar,under Electy Trans Division-I Prayagraj. Overhauling job includes proper earthing of isolators after getting shutdown, opening of 3 phase jumpers, of both male & female contact arm of isolators opening and earthing of 06 Nos jumpers, dismantling of all 06 Nos isolators stack from structure after removing male & female contact, arm and keeping on ground.removal of defective bearing from base of isolator stack, replacement of the same with new one by NBC make and refixing in the housing after putting grease and doing alignment , lifting and erection of isolator stacks after thorough cleaning of stack by detergent and cloth and tightening of nuts/bolts properly. Fixing of male and female contact, finger contact and putting white petroleum jelly on contact surface oiling and freasing of all other moving parts of isolator and tightening of all nuts and bolts of isolator structure. three phase jumpering and removing of earthing etc. .All labour work comprise on job including cost of all labour consumable material andT&P required to complete the job |
