1Supply of spares for 55 KW LRS:Repairing/Servicing/Overhauling of Liquid Rotor Starter( Set NO-1 & 6 of 55 KW capacity, Model-AMLRS, Make- Advance Engineering Works.) at Dallupura SPS by carrying out the following works:-Moving electrode contact
2Fixed electrode contect
3Lemit switch with roller action for start and run
4Power contactor for shorting
5Auxiliary contadct block with 2NO+2NC Block
6Job WorkRemoving of cable connection of LRS removing corrosive layer and rust Inner side & outer side of LRS, after cleaning red oxide primer in inner side of tank & enameled paint outside of the tank. Replacement of all above unserviceable parts as per site requirement. Filling new/fresh water in tank & sodium solution in proper ratio to achieved ph value up to 10-12. Check control wiring properly from LRS to Panel. After completion of work testing & commissioning on/off load in supervision of site in charge.
