M/sHindustan Ciba Geigy Limited, M/s Atul Limited,M/s SIP Resins Limited , Dr. Beck& Co. Ltd to beused. Theitem also includes providing necessaryscaffolding etc. for carrying out the job. |
| 2 | Providing and laying epoxy quartz mortar onmasonry / RCC surfaces including surfacepreparation and providng and applying one primingcoat and two seal coats with solvent free epoxymaterial supplied by any one of the four epoxymanufacturersas mentioned in item no.1(a) above.The composition shall be as per manufacturersformulations. The work should be executed as pertechnical specifications enclosed as in Annex. B. |

The rate shall include for surfacepreparation, dismantling of existing/damaged tiles anddisposal of debris to dump yard in factory area |
| 7 | Supplying and applying High Build Chlorinated Rubber paint of approved brand, manufacturer and shade as per specifications on external surfaces ofvarious buildings of STCR, Bagging plant and other buildings in factory area complete as per Scope of Work, Specifications, And directions of Engineer-in-Charge.Therateshall includecleaning,scraping, surface preparation by filling with putty, erection and removal of staging/scaffolding at all height, ropes, rope ladders, helmets, ladders, full body harness safetybelts, etc. required for safe and proper execution of the work . TWO COATSof high build Chlorinated Rubber paint over ONE coat of ZincPhosphate Primer complete shall be applied. |
