Complete dismantling including scrapping the old worn-out insulation from the chill water pipe lines and removing it from the site with thorough cleaning. Finally, smoothening of suface of pipe lines.

Compelete fitting, fixing and pasting of TF quality circular block thermocole/nitrile rubber insulation by cold bitumen paste/adhesive on the chill water pipe lines, by cutting and bending the same as per position. Filling the joints by the bitumen paste/insulation tape. Thorough leak testing of the chill water pipe lines.

Complete air-proof coveing of finished thermocole/nitrile rubber insulation with PVC polythene cloths by hooking and clamping.

Complete covering of the PVC polythene surface with hessian clothes by stitching and clamping/plastering/cladding.
