| 2 | A) Blade tip clerances of propellers to be taken and recorded. |
| 3 | B) Port and Stbd. propeller shaft drop to be taken and recorded (Before/After), including removal & refitment of rope guard. |
| 4 | C) Propeller shaft rope guard to be fabricated & renewed as per sample/ shipstaff instructions. |
| 5 | D) All propeller blades to remove and refit with all new O-Rings and Bolts. (Oring/ bolts/ other spares - ship supply) |
| 6 | G) Both port & stbd oil distribution (OD) box to dismantled, thoroughly cleaned, completely overhauled and offered by survey including push/pull rod, blocking valve. If any defect found during inspection, Same to be rectified. ***Spares ship supply. |

| 8 | (i) Kort nozzle drain plug to be removed in presence of ship staff. Nozzle to be drained. Nozzle to be pressure tested in presence of IRS surveyor. Nozzle to be float coated, to put back plug and cemented. |

| 11 | a) Both P & S tail shafts to be decoupled, withdrawn completely for inspection. After DP/MPI tests of bearing areas & change of section areas, cleaning & O/H. Same to fitted back in position including after inspection/survey. Propeller shaft FWD and AFT liners/bushes and shaft to be calibrated and to be renewed as required. Seals to be renewed. Spares ships supply. |
| 12 | b) Both P&S propeller hubs to be dismantled cleaned, inspected overhauled and hub to be pressure tested. DP/MPI tested, polished and assembled back with new seals and O"rings. Tighten the holding bolts to the required torque. Non-return valve in the hub to be opened and pressure tested. Spares ships supply. |
| 13 | c) Both P & S liners (Fwd & Aft) to be renewed as per Class requirements (DCI Supply). (Fwd and Aft liner together to be considered as 1 No.) |
| 14 | d) Both fwd and aft stern tube bushes (in total 4 Nos) to be inspected and calibrated. |
| 15 | e)Both forward and aft stern tube bushes to be renewed as required as per instructions of IR Class/ AS/ SS. |
| 16 | f) Cold repair to be carried out with belzona putty on both port and stbd stern tube flange area aft side in order to avoid any water ingress in the system. Only service rate to be quoted. |
| 17 | Cost of belzona (Belzona - contractor supply). Only material rate to be quoted. |
| 18 | g) Ventus line to be blown through ventus valve to be replaced and leak test to be carried out. Valve ship supply. |
