A penalty of 0.5% [Zeropoint five percent] of the value of annual maintenance contract charge shallbe charged for each day exceeding the period of seven days. 4 Payment:Payment of the CAMC charges shall be made after the successfulcompletion of each maintenance year. 5 Working Time: The work on theequipment should be carried out during normal working hours on theworking days, however in emergency at any time of the day. 6 WorkingPlace: The machine or its parts will not be taken outside from Railwaypremises. All work should be carried out at the site only.
