(a) Transportation of pump set 5 HP capacity from AGE E/M (AF) Mohanbari store at AF Stn Mohanbari to Civil Workshop and bringing back after carrying out necessary repair work complete all as specified and directed. – 01 Job.(b) Material & labour for opening the burned motor 5 HP, 3 Phase, cutting of all existing burned winding, cleaning of all parts/ slots carefully thoroughly with necessary cleaning agent and rewinding with new super enameled copper winding wire of suitable/ existing gauge including all insulating materials such as PVC copper cable lead, glass fiber sleeves, cotton tape, insulation paper and applying insulating varnish and heating in heat chamber at appropriate temperature complete all as directed.- 01 Job.(c) M&L for painting of Pump Set of 5 HP capacity after removal of old paints/ rust by applying detergent/ scrapping wire brush/ sand papering and painting of external surface by applying two coat of synthetic enameled spray paint of approved shade complete all as specified.- 01 Job(d) M&L for testing of centrifugal pump set of capacity 5 HP, 3 phase to the entire satisfaction of AGE E/M (AF) Mohanbari including making of electrical connection complete all as specified and directed. – 01 Job(e) Supply and fixing in replacement of cast ironsluice valve of 80 mm bore, class PN 1.6, ISI marked with iron wheel head both end flanged, brass spindle any pattern with check nut complete with jointing material nut, bolt and washers etc complete all as specified and directed. Make- Zoloto/ Venus/ Leader.- 02 Jobs.(f) Supply & fixing in replacement of cast iron non return sluice valve (NRV) of size 80 mm with flanged ends, brass spindle any pattern with check nut confirming to IS including jointing material, nuts, bolts, and washer etc complete all as specified and directed. Make- Zoloto/ Venus/ Leader. - 01 Job. Note :- (i) Contractor will apply one layer of grease over specification plate/ any written letter before painting and clean the same after painting, rates for the same is deemed to be included in the item quoted rates.(ii) Credit at the rate of Rs 2130/- as lumpsum shall be deducted from qouted rates by the bidder.
