The Altitude of the the site is more than 4000 mtrs above sea level and there is an accumulation of snow of minimum 3mtrs.(10 Feet) during winter (From October to March)and temprature variation of -30 degree centigrate in winter to 40 degree centigrate in Summer. The Solar plant shall comply with the attached specifications. |
