There should be sufficient provision in the PLC for taking inputs from flow meters. Pressure sensors, Vibration sensors, Temperature sensors, provisions for controlling of valve via actuators to facilitate full automation at later stage. 30% spare capacity for each panel for future expansion shall be provided in PLC. |
