Tender For Engaging Dcm, Tractor, Jcb, Bolero Van, Crane For Miscellaneous Works At Various Divisions, Scrap Yard Ecil, Hyderabad.- 1 1.1 Engaging of DCM with full height body for running a minimum 10 KM per day for 08 hrs duaration (In general between 9.00 AM to 17.00 PM which includes 45 minutes lunch break also). The vehicle will be used for lifting of various scrap items in and around ECIL factory, admn building, guest house, EMSD and Director s residence, any other location as instructed by Engineer-in-charge for dumping the scrap, other materials at the central scrap yard or as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The vehicle will also be used for shifting of office furniture, placing of pots for various occassions at different locations, transportation of cut tree stems & logs etc., as directed by Engineer-in-charge or his authorized officer. The rate including driver salary, Batta, diesel and lubricants for operation of the DCM. Charges over and above 8 hours For One year period Frequency - As per requirement of work 4 2 Providing tractor with Hydraulic dumping trolley including driver, driver batta, diesel, lubricants etc complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE a) 1No of tractor to be engaged per day -trolley height should be increased to 75cm if required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge b) 1 day= 8hours duty X 1 tractor = 1 day. Frequency - As per requirement of work 5 3 Providing JCB for cutting / spreading /loading/leveling etc., complete and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate including driver, driver batta, diesel, lubricants etc. Frequency - As per requirement of work 6 4.1 Providing 10ton lifting capacity crane for lifting, loading and unloading of machineries, transformers, heavy materials, tree logs, tree branches including driver, driver batta, diesel, lubricants etc., complete and as direction of Engineer-in-charge.
