Washing Unit for the cleaning unit Should include Water pump, water tank, Street washing pipes having turning device and minimum width 1.65m, Washing Pistol, Hose reel, 3 way water valve, water filter, Drain Plug and 3 way Oil flow limiter valve suitable for 250 bar pressure water. Cleaning Unit should include a 40 l/min hydraulic power pack 3864 V twin cylinder petrol engine which operates under an oil pressure of 210 bar Suitable Combustion Engine Vehicle Mahindra Jeeto plus or Equivalent to incorporate Washing and cleaning unit and all accessories should be provided with this unit with suitable modification for incorporating all the above units All MS parts should be painted with marinegrade paints including under body painting for vehicle Training for using harbour yard cleaning unit should be given to the departmental staffs cost including all registration charges. Road taxes, insurance etc. for vehicle and the power unit, labour charges transportation charges, loading and unloading charges as per the direction of departmental officers at site OEM warranty should be provided to the vehicle including battery (Battery warranty minimum 12 months) Minimum 18 months warranty should be provided for Washing unit and hydraulic power pack engine All price inclusive of GST |
