Engagement of Executing Agency and Consultancy Services for Recruitment/Management of recruitment process for various posts as attached in Appendix ‘A’ under CE Lucknow Zone for number of candidates upto and including 3,00,000.

In case the number of candidates are more than 3,00,000 and less than 4,00,000, the rate quoted by Consultant per candidate shall be reduced by 7.5 % for number of candidates from 3,00,001 to 4,00,000.

In case the number of candidates are more than 4,00,000 the rate quoted by Consultant per candidate shall be reduced by 10 % for number of candidates above 4,00,000 and final contract Sum shall be worked out accordingly.

Each candidate means eligible candidate to whom admit Card for Computer base examination has been issued after thorough verification of documents by the agency.

The Unit rate quoted by the agency shall deemed to be inclusive of all activities as given in tender documents including conducting exams in various examination centres across the country as given in Annexure \"B\" to Service Agreement enclosed with the tender. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained by the Govt on this account.

In case eligible applications are less than 3,00,000, no compensation whatsoever shall be admissible and contractor shall be paid at the rate quoted per candidate for the no. of actual admit cards issued.

The vacancies indicated in Annexure \"B\" of tender documents are tentative. Nothing extra shall be payable by the department for any variation in vacancies on account of any reasons what so ever.

Computer base examination for all the posts shall be conducted at same time and day.

Scope of work and details provided in Annexures are illustrative and tentative. Rates quoted above should also include for the actions which are incidental to recruitment process but not mentioned in scope and Annexures. No claim over and above the quoted rates will be entertained.
