| 5 | The Consumer and meter management module would be responsible for creating and managing the consumer information. System should be capable to add/remove the consumers triggered through transfers/service completion of the employees. The module shall be capable of supporting following applications |

| 7 | Replacement and updation of the defective meters |

| 11 | The Tariff management module shall be capable of keeping up the latest tariffs consumer category wise. It will also be able to manage the revisions in existing tariffs against the government orders. System should be capable to define and manage the tariffs for both mains and auxiliary supplies. The module shall also be capable to add/update the existing tariff category and respective tariffs. System should be capable to update the tariffs in Meters over the air from HES using NB-iOT channel. For non-communicating meters, provision to be there to update the traiff using BLE app through authenticated command. |
