5Providing and fixing fibril acoustic tile of size 595x595x20mm in ceiling on T-24 GI grid frame for sound absorption. The tile having 400 kg/m3 density with relative humidity of RH 95 which will comprise to system NRC of 0.86 as per IS 8225 / ISO 354 / ASTM 423C with the system. The fibril wood wool color tile 20mm is to be fixed in frame work of T-24 pre-coated GI grid. GI wall angle size 24x24x0.4 mm thick fixed to the brick wall / partition at the perimeter of ceiling with nylon Sleeves and drywall screws and screws at 610 mm centres. Then suspended main GI ‘T’ section (bottom precoated-white) with polyester coating of 25 microns dry flim thickness of size 24x38x0.3 mm and 3600 mm long from soffit in one direction with the help of metal rawl plug, cleat leveler & G I Rod 4 mm diameter with galvanized spring steel level clip 1200 mm centres from soffit. G I cross T section (bottom precoated-white) size 24x25x0.3 mm and 600 mm long is insert fixed into the slots provided as interlock in main ‘T’ at 600 mm centres to form 600x600 mm grid size for a tile size of 595x595 mm. Then fibril Wood Wool Color tile 20mm will be fix in made frame and polyester fibre of 50mm, 1000GSM density will be layed over the frame for better insulation. All system should be in plumb, line & level as per the specification and direction of the engineer incharge.
6Providing & fixing of polyestyrene acoustical wall panels of 12 mm thickness square edge in required profile, the panels are manufactured from 100% Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) having system NRC of 0.90 and density of 180Kgs/m3. panels should be fire resistant as per B1 Class A. The panel to be glued over 8 mm thickperforated calcium silicate tile of 595 x 595mm (having perforations of 8/10mm dia) which is fixed over 50mm GI framework consisting of 48x36x34x0.5mm thick GI Studs wall channels & 50x35x35x0.5mm floor channels @ 600mm c/c. The cavity of GI framework should be inserted with thermaly bonded polyester fibre of 50mm thick 1000 GSM density for better insulation. The polyestyrene panels in different colors can be cut in shapes as per the design drawings. The panels to be pasted on the perforated calcium silcate tile with SR adhesive. The work to be done complete as per the design & instructions of engineer incharge including all accessories/hardware as required.
7Fabricating and fixing of 77mm thk acoustic doors consisting of 2nd class teakwood frame with magnetic peripheral seals all around. The door shutter frames to be of klin dried chemically treated teak wood and infill with 50mm rockwool insulation of 48kg/m3 density and 8mm calcium silicate board. The door shutter frame to be lapped with 12mm commercial ply duly treated for fire retardance and 1mm thick laminate on both sides. Cost includes 2nd class teak wood chowkhat (section size : 5" x 3")fixing acoustical seals ,stainless steel ball bearing hinges,door closers, door stoppers and s/steel handles.
8Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters: 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws
9Providing and fixing false ceiling at all height including providing and fixing of frame work made of special sections, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanized with zinc coating of 120 gms/sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 and consisting of angle cleats of size 25 mm wide x 1.6 mm thick with flanges of 27 mm and 37mm, at 1200 mm centre to centre, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5 mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25x10x0.50 mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I. channels 45x15x0.9 mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm centre to centre, to which the ceiling section 0.5 mm thick bottom wedge of 80 mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5 mm, at 450 mm centre to centre, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I. intermediate channel with connecting clips made out of 2.64 mm dia x 230 mm long G.I. wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.5 mm thick 27 mm high having flanges of 20 mm and 30 mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/partition with the help of rawl plugs at 450 mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230 mm interval, including fixing of gypsum board to ceiling section and perimeter channel with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x 25 mm at 230 mm c/c, including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compound , jointing tapes , finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint and two coats of primer suitable for board, all as per manufacturer"s specification and also including the cost of making openings for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cutouts made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in Charge but excluding the cost of painting with : 12.5 mm thick tapered edge gypsum plain board conforming to IS: 2095- (Part I) :2011 (Board with BIS certification marks)
10Providing & Fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt/ suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type S, including cost of adhesive of approved quality. 1.0 mm thick
11Extra for providing lipping with 2nd class teak wood battens 25 mm minimum depth on all edges of flush door shutters (over all area of door shutter to be measured).

16Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately).Second class teak wood
17Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. 18Providing and fixing in position wall panelling at all heights with integral densified calcium silicate panels/tiles of size 595 x 595mm, having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.50 (minimum) as per IS 8225:1987, Light reflectance of 85% (minimum). Non combustible as per BS:476 (part-4), fire performance as per BS:476 (part 6 &7), humidity resistance of 100%, thermal conductivity <0.043 W/m K as per ASTM 518:1991, comprising of a frame made from especially fabricated galvanised mild steel sheet 0.50 mm thick pressed section (galvanizing @120 grams per sqm including both sides) i.e.vertical studs of size 48 x 34 x 36 mm are placed at 600mm center to center in a floor and ceiling channel section of size 50 x 32m fixed to the floor and soffit at 600mm centers using 12mm dia,50mm long wedge type expanded zinc alloy dash fastner with 10mm bolt. This same channel is then to be fixed in horiziontal direction at 600mm center to center so as to form a grid of 600mm x 600mm. Glasswool of 50mm thickness is then to be inserted in the slots and finally calcium silicate non combustible panels/tiles are to be screw fixed with self tapping pan head nickel coated mild steel screws of size 13 x 3.2mm on to this grid leaving an even groove of 1 mm between the panels. The joints between the panels are to be duly jointed and finished using recommended jointing calcium silicate based compound and fiber joint tape roll 50mm wide (90 metre )roll and two coats of primer suitable for panelling as per manufacturer"s specification as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge all complete. With 15 mm thick fully perforated square/butt edge light weight calcium silicate panels/ tiles
19Providing & fixing of acoustical wall panels of 12 mm thick perforated HDMR board glued with 4mm teak veneer which is fixed over 50mm GI framework consisting of 48x36x34x0.5mm thick GI Studs wall channels & 50x35x35x0.5mm floor channels @ 600mm c/c. The cavity of GI framework should be inserted with thermaly bonded polyester fibre of 50mm thick 1000 GSM density for better insulation. The work to be done complete as per the design & instructions of engineer incharge including all accessories/hardware as required.
20Polishing in high gloss/matt finish melamine clear polish on wood work in required color/wooden shade texture with following process in the sequence as detailed below: 1. The surface to be polished is rubbed with sand paper 80/120 no. and then with sand paper of 160/180 nos. 2. Applying two coats of sealer with spray gun and allowing sufficient drying time for 1st coat and 2nd coat is allowed to dry for 8 to 12 hrs. 3. On drying of sealer coat, wet rubbing with emery cloth of finer grading with ample water to remove excess sealer layer and make the surface further smooth after this wet rubbing, then surface is applied with special grade melamine fillers to fill all the small and big holes/grooves etc. Filler coat to be allowed to dry for 4 to 6 hrs on which again a light wet rubbing is done this surface is further allowed to dry for 12 hrs. 4. On this, 1st coat of melamine polish is applied with spray gun using melamine clear polish and melamine thinner in required proportion. This 1st coat is allowed to dry for 24 hrs then this dry surface is again fine wet rubbed smooth, which is further allowedto dry for 12 hrs. The final melamine polish is applied with compressor pressure spray gun using melamine clear polish and melamine thinner mixed in required proportion complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Final coat to be done in 1 or 2 layers without gap of time.)
