3	Testing of the complete system of HT panel for checking the actual working of the CTs, their wiring, connected IDMT relay, shunt trip system, breaker"s tripping system and for any loose connection by primary injection method in all three phases and at each plug setting at actual time multiplier at site with suitable testing equipment i/c rectify the diffect in control wiring etc if any, i/c calibration of relay set by secondary injection method, cleaning the contacts, resetting with required accuracy complete with checking and set right the wiring etc complete as reqd.complete as required.
4	Servicing & cleaning of existing 315 KVA, 11KV /433Volt oil type Kirloskar Make transformer by disconnection of HT & LT side cable/bus trunking as required and reassembling of same after removing sludge, dehumidification, dissolved moisture and gas by re-circulation method and hiring charges of filtration equipment, replace breather filled silica gel, i/c arresting of oil leakage i/c following testing , HV/LV Cable tightening, i/c credit for wornout materials,oil etc
5	Dehydration of 315 KVA, 11KV/433Volt, 3 Phase, 50Hz, Kirloskar Make transformer oil upto the reqd. BDV of the help of suitable equipment after dehydration at site complete as reqd.
6	Supply & filling of transformer oil for top up in transformer of 250KVA rating 11/0.433KV, HT OCB"s & PT"s etc. complete as reqd.
7	Complete servicing of P.T. assembling of 11 KV H.T. Panel cleaning all contacts, checking and tighten control wiring, checking P.T. fuse i/c replacement of miner parts ie suitable size copper wire, thimble, PVC sleeve nut bolt, washer etc wherever, complete testing etc as reqd.
8	Servicing, checking & cleaning of 11KV HT panel board by opening the HT panel & CT"s chamber, removing the dust with blower/vacuum cleaner & dusting from the panel, checking, cleaning & decarbonising the HT panel, fixed contacts of swithgear & CT"s with CTC/CRC,& tightening of contacts & joints of bus bars, CT connections, PT connections after removing HT taping & compound, tightening of cable end terminations, replacement of burnt/heated thimbles, nut bolts, HT taping & monoplast compound etc. wherever reqd. testing etc complete as reqd.
9	Providing & fixing power pack unit for protection and indication system of 11 KV HT Panel suitable for 24 Volt DC output with 230/110 Volt AC input supply having battery backup with built in charger, sealed maintenance free batteries, auto cut-off on full charge, protection fuse on input as well as on output i/c connecting on HT panel board, testing commissioning (i/c credit for old dismantle) etc complete as reqd.
10	Servicing, checking & cleaning LT panel board (without servicing of LT ACB"s) 3phase, 4wire, 50Hz, AC supply system comprising of outgoing feeders of rating varies from 100A to 400A i/c servicing of operating mechanism of all the switchgears,checking, cleaning & tightening of contacts of switchgears, tightening of cable end termination, replacement of burnt/heated thimbles, PVC taping etc. wherever reqd.
11	Replacement of voltmeter size 96*96 MM, 415 Volt AC, 50 Hz in the existing panel board i/c disconnection and dismantling the old worn out accessories from the panel (i/c credit for dismantle material) , testing, commissioning etc complete as reqd.
12	Replacement of Amp meter size 96*96 MM, 415 Volt AC, 50 Hz in the existing panel board i/c disconnection and dismantling the old worn out accessories from the panel (i/c credit for dismantle material) , testing, commissioning etc complete as reqd.
13	Supplying and replacement of space heater in HT Panel supply voltage 220 Volt AC, 50 Hz i/c dismantelling defective heater (i/c credit for dismantle material) , testing, commissioning etc complete as reqd.
14	Replacement of LED type indication light, 220 Volt AC, 50 Hz in the existing panel board i/c disconnection and dismantling the old worn out accessories from the panel (i/c credit for dismantle material) , testing, commissioning etc complete as reqd.
15	Supplying and fixing photo luminescent , Non Toxic , Non radioactive , maintenance free , self glowing in various required locations comprising of zinc sulphide chargeable crystals (which glows in dark) , printed on U-1000 photo luminescent 1.2 mm thick Aluminium sheet containing luminescent 111 as base chemical cover with U/V stablized coating and mounting arrangement for wall/ceiling mounting as per site conditions as required. a) Electrical Shock treatment Chart (24"x36")
16	Design ,Fabrication, supply ,installation ,testing & commissioning of 3-Dimensional LED based character backlit outdoor type display signage board in bilingual (Hindi & English) & as per approved colour and design , the letter having height & width as per aspect ratio & depth minimum 2.5" fabricated out of 3 mm translucent acrylic sheet i/c joints to be filled up with waterproof silicon wherever required to make the whole structure water proof i/c providing inside the letter power LED modules each comprising of 3 Nos. LED with PC optical lens injection moulded of 120 watt maximum and minimum 90 lumen/watt along the periphery of each alphabet and shall be fixed in such a way that to give uniform bright light, display board suitable for working on 220 V ,single phase AC supply with frame structure made out of minimum 25 mm X 25 mm M.S. square pipe section with stiffners at regular intervals , back side made out of G.I. sheet complete having facia made out of minimum 3 mm thick ACP sheet of aluminium decor or similar to be cladded on MS box and connection with suitable size copper conductor cable etc complete as required.
