The Meter Box shall be made of modular POLYCARBONATE THERMOPLASTIC ENCLOSURES which should be UV resistance in accordance with IEC 61439-1, clause 10.2.4: The Meter Box with the Provision for 6 Nos Single Phase Meters with Provided Bakelite sheet at the bottom of meters ( Size 600 x 600 x 170mm ). 13	M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate elecrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6.0mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.5 mtr below the ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level. Earth plate surrounded by 15mm thick packed alternative layers of charcoal dust and comman salt, earth lead GI wire of 4mm dia (8 SWG) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron with thimbles. The other end of GI earth wire is connected to main switch board and protected by light grade GI pipe of 15 mm bore. Provision of 20mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering including GI funnel and wire mesh. Pipe shallbe provided vertically upto top level of earth pit and then taken horrizontally to the earth pit. Excavation in soft/ loose soil, returning filling and removal of surplus soil to a distance of 50 mm as directed and shown in Electrical Plate No- 3 of SSR Part-1 (2009) complete all as directed and specified.
14	Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exc 10 Sqm on plan, for laying of cable and getting out,complete all as directed and specified.
15	M&L Dry and clean fine sand for cable cushioningto underground cable protection, complete all as directed and specified. Note- Punned down thickness shall be measured.
16	S&F Cover to underground cable with one layer of bricks using sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size) laid flat across the cable complete all as directed and specified.
17	Returning, filling in, earth including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25cm thick each layer,complete all as directed and specified.
18	Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as directed and specified.
19	S&F Mild steel galvanised pipe, light grade, 40 mm nominal bore for passing of cable, fixed to poles/walls, laid under floor/road crossings, complete with and including clamps socket & elbow etc including taking down, complete all as directed and specified.
20	Supply and installation in repairs, commissioning and testing Polycarbonate ASTA CPRI approved OEM made Outdoor main LT Panel with Canopy ( Mini. Size 600 x 600 x 170 mm ) .
