Name of Work: Routine/ Preventive/ Breakdown maintenance of all flushing apparatus of Economizer ash pan system of Unit No. 3&4, 2x210 MW, BTPS, Parichha.
Sl. No. Item Description
1Round the clock Preventive maintenance of all the flushing apparatus of economizer ash pan system, removal of choking ,their regular cleaning and disposal of ash in three shifts (each shift consists of 08hrs) of unit No. 3&4, 2x210 MW.
2Removal of choking of interconnecting of ash /slurry pipe from ash pan to central disposal pipe line up to bottom ash hopperof economizer hopper ash pan system.
3Servicing/replacement of plate valve of economizer ash pan system.
4Repairing of eroded section of economizer ash pan system /pipe line by removal of worn out portion and providing patch of 6-10mm thick MS plate.
5Servicing of butter fly valve/ flushing water nozzles/ replacement of (1?/2?) size valve of economizer ash pan system.
6Removal, disposal and cleaning of ash/slurry, foreign materials accumulated due to overflow of economizer ash disposal system from the following places of boiler and cleaning the area by compressed air.
