Dismantling work for old tiles including removing cleaning debries as per site engineer instruction . 2.00 Plastering Work 2.01 Water Proof Plastering below floor level 15mm cement plaster in cm 1:4 (1cement :4 sand)(M sand) to all walls and/or concrete surfaces including cleaning racking out joints, hacking concrete surfaces,, watering, curing, etc. complete for all heights to have uniform finished surface ,corner cement finish. internal a)plastering work3.00 PAINTING AND FINISHING WORK . Acrylic weather proof exterior emulsion...(exterior) Prepare surfaces and providing and applying 2 coats of approved make equivalent to Apex over white cement and primer coat of approved colour,Scaffolding and manufacture to exterior faces of walls.4.00 acid proof tiles laying work 4.01 surface chipping old /new surface providing and laying acid proof flooring and skirting with vitreous porcelain tiles of approved make ,laid as follows .a.acid/alkali resistant tiles(100*200*20mm thick).b.supply of one coat A.R.Primer,6mm thick Bitumen mastic flooring,6mm thick potassium silicate mortar bedding,joint filling,pointing with(4mm*12mm)depth phenolic cement mortar including chemical materials,etc.,all works to be done under specialist supervision.scaffolding work
