| 2 | (A) Jointing, shifting and transporting of 12"/10"/8"/6"/4" X 20" dia M.S. Pipe from workshop to the existing pipe line with minor earth work, unloading of pipes at site and manual transporting the pipe from sites to sites by fitting the different size of bolts and nuts / cutting of pipe from the site and stacking at new location upto a lead of 10m to 100m for transporting. (B) Dismantle and removal of existing M.S. Pipe that includes dismantle of unused pipes with minor earth work, opening of bolts /nut, cutting of pipes, manual stacking near the road, loading of pipe in truck, transporting and manual unloading , stacking at workshop as per the instruction of work incharge. (C) Transporting of pipes with the help of dept. truck which include manual loading, manual unloading and stacking near the site/ workshop as per the instruction of work incharge.(Note: Mobile welding DG set, Gas Cutter set and other required tools and tackles will be supplied by the contractor). Estimate is based on 09 semiskilled and 01 skilled manpower per day. |
