1Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing : 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
2Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead : Of area 3 sq. metres and below
3Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately) : Sal wood or equivalent.
4Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately). (a) Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood or Equivalent (i). 35 mm thick shutters
5Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm to 40 mm thick : Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood or Equivalent.
6Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4 mm thick float glass panes, including ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws. (a) Kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood or Equivalent. (i) 30 mm thick
7Providing and fixing aluminium handles ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with necessary screws etc. complete :

15Repairing of door/window shutters including removing the shutters, chiselling, planing the shutters & refixing the same in proper alignment, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
16Renewing glass panes, with wooden fillets wherever necessary: Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm).
17Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.
18Special Structural repair works of disintegrated/ damaged RCC members such as Columns, Chajjas, Lintels, Beams, Slabs, fins etc as per the following process :
19a) Relieving structural members like columns , beams , slab of their superimposed loads partially or fully based on the existing site condition and as directed by Engineer-in-charge , by providing adequate adjustable steel props , frames, etc.. and including providing adequate timber runners, planks, bracings, jacking arrangement and tubular steel scaffolding etc.. upto any height as per the site requirement and removal of same after the completion of restoration work of the structural member concerned.
20b) Removal ofallloose and disintegrated cement plaster , concrete from the structure by gentle tapping of thesurface,upto the required depth till sound concrete is available including exposing the corroded reinforcing bars. Removal of the concrete in affected part, shall be such that it is removed 2-3 mm beyond the damaged bars, to enable to apply corrosion resistant coating.
21c) The reinforcement shall be cleaned thoroughly with wire brush to remove the rust,dirt etc. and applying two coats of corrosion protection treatment for the existing steel reinforcement with Cerazinc ZR or equivalent as per the manufacturer\"s specificationand placing adequate new reinforcement in position wherever required, as directed by the Engineer - in -Charge. (The rate of new reinforcement shall be paid separately under item no. 4 a).
22(d ) A bonding coat of cement slurry mixed withpolymer based bonding additive of Ceralatex SBR or equivalent of mix 4 Kg cement + 0.5 kg polymer based bonding additive / Sqm area ,shall be applied over the cleaned and dried old concrete surface. Operation under (e) below should be executed beforesetting time of this operation.
23(e ) Building up of concrete section withpolymer modified concrete of requisite thickness witha ratio 1:1:2 (1cement: 1 river sand: 2 stone aggregate of nominal size 6mm to 12mm) mixed with polymer based bonding additiveCeralatex SBR or equivalent at 5 kg per bag of cement , including necessary operation of casting by dashing or hand packing or by shuttering to the requisite shape and size to achieve compact concrete section of the shape and size of RCC members.
24f) Smooth finishing of the above surface with Cement mortar 1:3(1 cement:,3 fine sand) mixed with polymer based bonding additiveceralatex SBR or equivalent at, 2 kg/bag of cement.)
25The rates includes all operations,materials and labour but excludingreinforcement. (All additives/ Admixtures/ coatings are to be utilised as stipulated in item or as per Manufacturers specifications)

32Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead : With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).
33Uprooting and removing small plants of exposed stem up to 75mm from the surface of walls, parapet, etc., at any height by cutting chase for removing roots and using necessary chemical, etc., to prevent further growth of plants and making good the damages etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
34Cutting of trees grown in the walls up to floor three level of Staff Quarterswith necessary scaffolding arrangements, safety precautions, making good the walls with Cement Mortar etc., complete (excluding cost of Scaffolding) as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. : Internal work - Exposed on wall (a) 25 mm nominal outer dia .Pipes.
55Providing and fixing CPVC ball valve of approved quality as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
56Providing and fixing CPVC Union in CPVCpipe including cutting and threading the pipe and making long screws etc. complete (New work)
57Placing overhead/terrace PVC water storage tank of any size in position including providing necessary tank nipple of approved quality as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.
58Disposal of building rubbish etc. by mechanical transportation including loading and unloading and stacking all complete as directed by the Eng-in-charge and disposal at a distance 5km away from the site.
