1Excavation in foundation and trenches in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting in soft/hard rock, chiselling/wedging out of rock/where blastingprohibited) saturated soil stacking the excavated soilas directed by the Engineer-in-charge and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directedby the Engineer –in-charge in all leads and lifts.
2Providing and laying of cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 Cement :5 sand:10 Aggregate) andcuring complete excluding the cost ofform work as per HPPWD specification within all leads and lift.
320CM THICK STONE PITCHING LAID IN CEMENT MORTAR 1 : 3 ( 1 CEMENT : 3 MORTAR ) with in all leads and lift as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.(In foundation and Plinth) within all leads and lift as per the direction of Engineer In Charge.
4Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) with in all leads and lift as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
5Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30 x 30 x 5 mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering , strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4meters and removal of the samefor insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete.(a)ertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.
6(b)Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like floor etc. up to 200 milimetres in thickness within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge.
7providing in RCC smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortar 1:3(1 cement :3 Sand) with in all leads and lift as per the direction of Engineer In charge.
8Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work i/c bending,binding & placing complete upto floor two level.
9Providing and laying in trenches MSERW pipe ( earth work in trench to be measure and paid seprately)
10Laying, jointing and fixing of GI Pipe of following diametrein Inlet,outlet and Scour pipe with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (50 mm)
11Providing and fixing of CI sluice valve (with hand wheel)up to class 300mm dia as per 2906-1984 class ii dia > 300 mm complete within all leads and lift as per the direction og Engineer in charge.
12Wire crates of GI wire filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire (wire crares is to be measured & paid for separately)
13Wire crates made GI wire filled with boulders with square cut faces agains the wire (Boulder filling is to be measured & paid for separataly)GI wire 5 mm thick corresponding to SWG - 8 15 cms x 15 cms mesh
14Providing and fixing of M.S. cover of size 2.1x1.2m of M.S. 1.25 mm thick sheet duly welded with angle of size 40x40x5mm and MS Flat 50x5mm with hinges and locking arrangement complete in all respect including painting with red oxide paint.
15Prov. & fixing SFRC Man hole cover with frame & locking arrangement having frame size of 500 mm internal dia. shouldnot be less than 100 kg within all leads and lift as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.
16Providing and fixing 2.40 mtr heigh fencing with MS angles post 65x65x6mm oftotal height 2.90 metre @2.50 mtr. centre to centrewith 9 nos horizontal lines and two diagonals of galvanised steel barbed wire (IS 278-1962 Type I)total weight 9.38 Kg.per 100 metres (minimum) including earth work cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone agg. 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete within all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.
17Providing and Fixing of MS gate built with angle of 50X50X5 mm sheet welded in built up section MS butt hinges within all leads and lift as per the direction of Engineer In Charge.
18Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) curing complete excluding the cost of form work within all leads and lift as per the direction of Engineer In charge.
19Insuspended floor roof landing and their support balconies beams girder,bressumers cantikliver up to two floor level
20Providing & laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centring & shuttering in Foundation & plinth.
21Providing & laying cement concrete1:1.5:3(1cement :1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding the cost of form work & reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-
22(i) In Foundation and Plinth pacing of column and like mass concretewithin all leads and lift as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.
23(ii) Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.10 mts.Thickness)attached pillasters,buttresses plinth,& string courses etc.from top of found.level upto floor two level with in all leads and lift as per the direction of Engineer In charge.
24Prov. & placing in horizontal layers of filtering media duly graded, screened, washed& cleaned as specified by the Engineer-in-Charge:-

26b Middle layer : Bazri 20 mm to 25 mm
27c)top layer:Broken stone 6 mm to20 mm
