| 2 | Making arrangement to stop the inflowing/ Sewerage water from common channel to the By Pass by making a temporary arrangement with M.S. sheet, gunny bags. Providing of M.S. Plates with ‘U’ channel below the Gate for lifting of gate through the Jacks and other tools & tackles. |
| 3 | Isolating the bypass chamber of 20 feet deep by operating Sluice Gate and providing metallic sheet & gunny bags to ensure no flow in the bypass chamber. Dewatering the stagnated effluent and cleaning with the help of sump pumps and D.G. Set. De sludging and Cleaning the chamber for execution of work. |
| 4 | Providing the Temporary plate form made out with the help of wooden phatta, Balli etc. to work at the gate and removing the same after completion of work. |
| 5 | Dismantling of head stock assembly, separating gears, bushes & thrust bearing dismantle of old rusted M.S. channel and wooden phatta and spindle and etc by the long boom crane and heavy labour. |
| 6 | Providing G.M. Bush fabricated as per sample in terms of shape, size, MOC & finishing, providing of thrust bearing as per sample. |
| 7 | Providing of S.S. spindle of 70 mm dia and 4 meter Long made out from S.S-410 non magnetic material. The work includes turning, threading, finishing in all respect as per sample. |
| 8 | Providing of M.S. channel 175 X 75 mm. |
| 9 | Fixing the above M.S. channel with help of gas cuter, welding machine and hole Farsaland tools & tackles as per site requirement for sliding the smoothly the C.I flap. |
| 10 | Providing of G.M spindle nut fabricated as per sample. The work includes turning, threading finishing in all respect. |
| 11 | Cleaning of C.I sluice flap by theabrasive paper, grinder and chemical and etc as per site requirement |
| 12 | Cleaning of‘U’ Channel grouted vertically in C.C. Block by chemical solution and grinding for fixing the M.S channel |
| 13 | Painting the gate with two coat black anti corrosive paint after proper cleaning etc. |
| 14 | Assembling the Gate along with all accessories with the help of lowering/ lifting tools & tackles, heavy labour etc with proper balancing/ alignment in the ‘U’ channel. Testing & commissioning i/c all other civil work required at site with all safety precaution during execution. |
| 15 | Testing/ Commissioning the gate satisfactory including required civil works & job includes the cartage etc. |
