6	Maintenance and inspection of Monitors and hydrants as per direction of EIC. Reporting to be done as per HSE manual format including oiling, greasing , testing, Replacement of owner suppliedHydrant washers as per direction of EIC inclsive of all tools & tackles, consumable, transportation labour charges etc (Rate per monitor / hydrants )on monthly basis.
7	Maintenance related to foam flooding sysyem
8	Dechocking of foam sprinkler nozzles( Air spraying type nozzels) provided in main line engine shed by removing the nozzles, flushing the system, refitting the nozzles & cleaning the Y strainer near deluge valve complete in all respect inclusive of tools tackles, labours , consumables like teflon tape etc. (Rate -per engine shed).As per direction of EIC.
9	Supply & changing of level pipes of PVC in foam tank, diesel tank, radiator water level pipe, level pipe of foam tender etc. inclsive of all tools &tackles, consumable, transportation etc. As per direction of EIC.
10	Painting of foam bladder tank of 3 KL capacity & associated piping near tank with one coat of redoxide primer & two coats of fire red synthetic enamel paint,writting letters on the tank, piping etc. complete in all respect as per direction of EIC. On Hlf Yrly Basis.
11	Painting of 2Kg CO2 extinguisher with one coat of red oxide primer & two coats of Fire red synthetic enamel paint (Asian Paint / Berger / Nerolac). Before painting old stickers to be removed & surface preparation to be done by contractor. New water proof type inspection sticker will be supplied by contractor. On Half Yrly Basis. As per direction of EIC.
12	Painting of 4.5 / 6.8 Kg Co2, 9/10 Kg DCP extinguisher, with one coat of red oxide primer & two coats of Fire red synthetic enamel paint (Asian Paint / Berger /Nerolac ).Before painting old stickers to be removed & surface preparation to be done by contractor. New water proof type inspection sticker will be supplied by contractor as per EIC. On Hlf Yrly Basis. As per direction of EIC.
13	Maintenance related to Detectors and Manual calling points(MCPs). As per direction of EIC.
14	Supply and fitting of circular glass suitable for MCP( Dia.7 cm, 2 mm thickness). As per direction of EIC.
15	Maintenance related to CO2 ,DCP Extinguishers
16	Supply & fitting of clamps for hanging 2Kg /3.2Kg & 4.5Kg CO2 extinguisher on wall including labour charges, tools tackles &consumables complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.
17	Hydrostatic testing, inspection of safety valve, and refilling of high pressure cylinder through CCE approved party and charging upto required pressure including delivery of the cylinder from the station and returning the same inclusive of all labour material,transportation and all the other incidental expenses along with Hydrotesting certificate.The cylinder is tobe returned back to the station within 15 days from the date of receiving from the station.

25	Refilling of CO2 gas in cartidges for using in DCP extinguishers including all labour, transportation etc. complete as per specification and direction of EIC/Site-Engineer.( CO2 CARTRIDGE OF 120/ 200gms)
26	Hydrotesting of DCP Type Fire Extinguishers of various capacities at an internal pressure of 30 kgf/cm2 as per IS-2171 and OISD-STD-142. Painting of the cylinders with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel(Asian Paint / Berger / Nerolac ) paint of desired shade(including trolley). As directed by EIC.

32	Complete cap assembly of 9Kg/ 10Kg DCP Extinguisher with brass made assembly as per IS-2171:1999. The cap assembly to be supplied & installed including all tools & tackles. Hydrotesting of DCP extinguisher to be done after replacement of cap assembly. As per direction of EIC.
33	REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PARTS BY SUPPLY AND FITTING OF ITEMS FOR 50/75 KG DCP EXTINGUISHER. As per Direction of EIC.
34	Discharge hose with clamps(6.5mtr length). Hose should withstand a pressure upto 50Kgf/cm2.
35	Brass connection tube between CO2 cylinder & DCP cylinder with leather washer.

58	Erection of stand post of wind sock in place damaged stand post as per specification approved by EIC including tools and tackles, welding, grouting, material supplied, labour charges etc complete in all respect.(1 mtr. Height, made up of MS angles 30mmx30mmx5mm)
59	Supply & Installation of good quality nylone make Wind Socks as per direction of EIC. The replacement to be done on quarterly basis.
60	Pressure Testing of B-type hoses as per IMS manual including all tools, tackles and labour.Report to be submitted as per IMS manual or format provided by EIC. Arrangement for Pressure Testing to be supplied by the bidder. Work to be done on half yearly basis.
61	TESTING of AFFF as per BIS: 4989 from reputed institute like Gujarat Industrial Research & Development agency, Vadodara or Fire Test & Research Laboratory, Haryana.
