Cleaning and sweeping of centrifugal house, dry seed crystallizer, moist seed crystallizer.5. Collecting of sugar material and remelting of damaged sugar and rori in magma mixture/mixed juice receiving tank/rori melter.6. Cleaning of all hopper and centrifugal machine chute etc .7. Chemical is to be added in the EFE, semikestners, Vapour cells and Quad bodies for soda boiling and boiling house floor washing.8. All hopper tray and hopper Jali cleaning & Magnet also.9. Internal scale chipping, cleaning of syrup sulphiter and its pipe line collected scale should be dumped at specified place.10. Mixed juice tank washing in every shift.11. Cleaning around vacuum pumps, muddy juice pump, Air blower area and muddy juice pump pits enclosed area in all respect every day including drain near air blower Mud tank & mini spray pond.12. The man power of contractor may be deputed anywhere in the Boiling House as per requirement. Theman power should be deputed in each shift and to be verified by the Shift Chemist. and Shift chemist could be uses manpower as per requirement in entire Boiling house. Note :- These manpower of above said job never be used to other contract jobs. |
