Recovery for useful stone of 80.34 Eighty Point Thirty Four) cubic metre @ 600/- cum (Rupees Six Hunderd Per Cubic Metre) amounting to Rs. 48204/-only (Rupees Forty Eight Thousand Two Hundred Four). Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution shall be the absclute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respect.
