Supplying all materials, Labour T&P as required for errection of stall at BALIYATRA GROUND-2022 to be used for Health Camp of Cuttack Municipal Corporation for 9 days with the detailed specification as mentioned below.A) Structure:Bamboo (3 inches to 6 inches) & cloth with Antifire chemical treatment size of the stall : 30\"-0\" ft x 30\"-0\"ft with tarpaulin water proof roofing with one Partition & barricade B) Flooring :Coir mat flooring covering entire stall area C) Ceiling & Wall:Three sides of the walls of the stall will be covered with white cloth properly stretched and fixed on the wooden batten frames. The back side of the outer wall will be covered with tarapaulin (New white cotton clothes to be used) D) Racks :Three tier racks shall be provided the shelf of the racks will be of size 1\"-6\" x 0\"-10\" with the first layer fixed at height of 2\"-6\" and coreved with white cloth the space below racks will be used for storage of goods E) Furniture :Front counter table in wooden batten & planks / steel table size 8\"-0\" x 2\"-0\" x 3\"-0\" (Height) wrapped with new white cotton cloth plastic moulded chair 4 Nos F) Facia :A wooden batten frame for running facia, will be errected by the contractor the frame will have 2\"-0\" front projection & 4\"-0\" height the facia will be covered with cloth with selective clothcolour like bottle Green, Navy Blue, Maroon will be used alternatively public message, hoardings will be provided on facia with flex banner.A running white cloth Jhallar of 0\"-1\" width will be put in the front side below to the fascia frame G) Electric Fittings : Tube light : 4 nos and on / off switch for use in night time after closing celling fan 1 no connected with an on/off switch in each stall if required 1 no 5 AMP plug point are to be privided H) Closure : Front cloth drops / Screens, Daily pulting up and off on the same is the responsibility of the tenderer & The materials used in the stall are to be dismantled / by the bidder after the Festival has been over & Remove the materials away from the work site at his own cost and conveyance.
