The aluminum fins shall have a factory applied Black Fin heat exchanger coating comprised of a corrosion resistant complex (Acryl+Epoxy+Melamine) resin coating designed to perform in corrosive environments such as seaside with high salt contamination and industrial cities with severe air pollution. The Black Fin heat exchanger shall include a Hydrophilic coating which minimizes moisture build up on the fin heat exchanger. The compressor shall be equipped with a BLDC (Brush Less Direct Current) motor with insulation Class B. Selected ODU models shall be equipped with top discharge fans directly driven by BLDC (Brushless Direct Current) motors. | 4 | OD101410/2022-2023:Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 4.0 TR 4 Way Cassette type VRF IDU of following specifications with wireless remote Unit shall be factory assembled, wired, piped and run tested. Unit shall have factory installed motorized louver to provide flow of air in up / down direction for uniform airflow. Unit shall have a built-in control panel to communicate with other indoor units and to the outdoor unit. Unit shall have a single, direct driven, turbo fan made of a Polypropylene (PP) resin or a high strength Acrylamide Butadiene Styrene (ABS) HT 700 resin. The fan impeller shall be statically and dynamically balanced. The fan motor shall be Brush Less Direct Current (BLDC) type with permanently lubricated and sealed ball bearings. |
