(ii) Cost for taking down and re-fixing new parts shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.(iii)Recovery shall be made fromContractor@ Rs. 50/- per complaint/ Hours, if he fails to attend and rectify the complaint within 48 hours of lodging the complaint either personally / telephonically/Email.
