The design/ drawings and bearing capacity of soil i/c detailed survey and investigation of the mechnical/ electrical equipment & wiring etc. along with manufacturers specificattion/ design also be submitted for approval by the department. On the completion of all civil, mechnical and electrical works the contractor shall test run the plant for three months (90 days ) before handing over the same to the department at the cost of the contractor. However, electrical chareges shall be borne by the department. During this period the contractor shall run the plant at full rated capacity and produce the resuslts specified in the NIT as per the CPHEEO standards in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge. |
