Complete retubbing and repairing of 200 MW BHEL make Turbo Generator Hydrogen Gas cooler. The work will include replacement of 100% tube of existing cooler by new finned tube of Cu-Ni (90:10grade) as per drawing. The reconditioned cooler will be subjected to all tests which are conducted on new manufactured cooler of BHEL specification.,Total No. of the tubes in the cooler = 80 Nos., Total size of Length = 6070mm , Thickness = 1.0mm,OD= 19mm, ID=17mm
