1	Disconnecting the inlet/outlet water and electric connections of storage type electric water heater of capacity 25/35/50 Ltrs capacity.Taking down carefully from wall after unscrewing nut/bolts ,checking the outer body for any cracks and strip opening the same carefully for thorough inspection of serviceablity/functionality of parts such as internal tank, syphon assembly, thermostat switch, heating element, glass wool etc, servicing complete and re-assembling and re-fixing after repair,fixing to wall testing, installation and commissioning all as directed. Note: (a) The spare parts required for replacement shall be measured and paid under relevant Schedule items of BOQ here-in-after.
2	Supply only internal Stainless steeltank of water storage tank heavy duty conforming to ISI marked of 25 liters capacity complete with provn for fixingsyphon –assembly, 1.5 KW/2.0 KW element , rubber gasket , thermostat switchfor carrying out repairs under relevant item No.1 completeall as specified and directed Note :- The tank shall be tested at site and shall be able to with stand requisite pressure . Necessary testing equipment shall be arranged by the contractor .

18	De-scaling ofstorage type electric water heater of capacity 25/35/50 ltr after taking down thestorage type electric water heater from wall, strip opening the assembly, de-scaling the syphon assembly and refixing the assembly and re-installation ofstorage type electric water heater complete all as specified anddirected by Engineer-in –Charge.
19	Heavy dutyPVC connection (for hot water )15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm ISI Marked , complete all as specified and directed.
20	Heavy dutyPVC connection (for cold water )15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm ISI Marked , complete all as specified and directed.
21	Supply only pressure release valve conforming to relevant IS 15mm bore suitable for fixing with GI pipe/tubing 15 mm bore complete all as specified and directed for carrying out repairs under relevant item No.1.

23	Replacement of pillar taps, cast copper alloy with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure with lettered ‘Hot or Cold’ with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe and fixed fancy type of size 15 mmcomplete all as specified and directed.
24	Gun metal glove or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed of size 15mm.
25	Anchor bolt 12mmX100mm long complete all as spd and directed (Note:- Anchor bolt shall be grouted with hammer drill only)
26	Replacement of plug top 15 amps 3 pins complete all as specified and directed.
27	Replacement of bottom cover plate ofstorage type electric water heater of capacity 25 /50 ltr complete with MS screw all as per sample.
28	Repair /maintenacne /servicing to Solar water heater system having a capacity 300 to 500 LPD complete descalingwith sulphuric acid by forcefully injecting the hot chemical into collector for number of times to clean the Solar Solar Evacuated tube Collector/cleaning to flat plate collector plate ,solar heater water tanks ,toughened solar glass panels,welding /breezing to solar tanks ,repair /rectification of leakage in inlet/outlet water tubing make up tank to electric system . Repair of water make up tank and make the system function cable after repair /servicing and recfification of the fault complete with and including replacement of minor spare parts. Note: Spare shall be measured and paid separately.
29	Replacement of Evacuated tube collector for Solar Water Heater of capacity 300 to 500 LPD of suitabale size and ratingas per existing make andsample approved by Engineer -in-charge on the gound.
30	Replacement of heating element 2 KW thread type (as per sample for solar water heater ) complete all as specified and directed .
31	Replacement of heating element 3 KW thread type(as per sample for solar water heater ) complete all as specified and directed .
32	Supply only Gun metal gate /glove valve20 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.
33	Supply only GI pipe medium grade 15 mm dia with all fitting , complete all as specified and directed.
34	Painting to steel structure base frame complete all as specified and directed.
35	Supply only PVC float valve 20 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.
36	Taking down the unservicable /brunt sub main wiring from woodenbattenand providingsubmain wiring in and including PVCconduit 1.8 mm thick ,20 mm dia with tworun of PVC insulated, unsheathed multistranded copper conductorof 6 sqmm(FRLS) and one run of PVC insulated,unsheathed multistranded copper conductor6 sqmm (green in colour) for earth continuity conductorand connected to common earth dolly withthimble etc, complete all as specified and directed. (Two run of 6 sqmm plus one run 6 sqmm of earth wire will be measured as 1RM)Note: (a) Insulation test of point wiring (b) colour coding is to bemaintained .(Ph-Red, N-Black,Earth- Green).
