Comprehensive Maintenance of following capacity/type passenger lifts including regularly and systematically examining, adjusting, lubricating and repairing plus replacing all spares including machine motor and controller and other parts, if any required etc complete as per terms, conditions and specifications attached.Size of various services is given in Section - I Note: 1. Trained staff only shall be deputed at site.2. Inspection of lift & oiling etc shall be done periodically.3. Any wear & tear of car body (interior) shall be repaired free of cost by the agency.4. The fault i/c repairs, replacement shall be attended immediately on receipt of complaint on working days as well as holidays.5. If the lift remains out of order / not in operation for more than 12 hours in a day, one day charge for that particular day shall be deducted from the bill. 6. The technician after attending the fault, should note down the nature of fault & then attend. The entry shall be got signed from JTO(E)/ Electrical Maintenance personnel.
